Ace hasn't shown the Haki to combat Croc, so it'll depend on if he can turn him into glass. Can fire be hot enough to do so?

Crocodile has a one touch tko power.

And let's not use the glass theory here, this man is able to produce a country's worth of sand.

When you throw sand over fire, the fires goes out.

To turn Sand into glass, you need to focus it on one spot little spot.

Crocodike also fought Akainu for a while (who is hotter than ace's fruit), didn't see any glass there.
Crocodike also sub par Haki users as well.

It's not like they fought 1v1. Who knows how much Croc. contributed during that clash. I wouldn't say it was a lot. Ace still low diffs him here.

Where did Crocodile create enough sand for an entire country through his body alone?

Also, Crocodile did not fight Akainu for a while, he landed a single sneak attack on Akainu. The sneak attack cut Akainu in half because Akainu's body reflexively transformed. We saw half of Akainu's body disappear after he was struck with cannon balls, something that couldn't even put down Bartolomeo, so him being cut in half by Crocodile didn't really mean anything.

While you have a good point about sand smothering flames, you are wrong in that magma is hotter than fire. Magma can go from 700 °C to 1300 °C, while fire in just a candle can go to 1000 degrees C and a fire in a bunsen burner can go to 1600 degrees C. Magma is superior to fire because it can smother it.

Fire has no fixed temperature. Different materials or substance burn at different temperatures and have diffrent boling points ,besides when the magama hits the earth surface its temperature reaches 3000 and that's probably akainu's temperature since his fruit creates it

So, can I get a source for this? I'm looking it up and I see no such fact or anything.

Type Density [kg/m³]
Basalt magma 2650–2800[9]
Andesite magma 2450–2500[9]
Rhyolite magma 2180–2250[9]

these are its density while having these substance ,now we can assume that akainu has the highest temperature since his body and fruit are what creating it .(and remember the body of the user doesn't burn while being effected by the fruit)

That's density, not temperature. Now, I'm no physics major, but I don't think the two are that strongly related.

It can, but come on can we really say Ace didn't have haki? Ace died before Armament Haki was really involved in the manga, and he was a New World Logia survivor not only a survivor he was one of the most notable pirates there. The New World where Logia's die quick because of their arrogance of their intangibility. The fact that Ace was able to survive should be all we need to consider he had Haki at least to some extent, plus he had Whitebeard and an amazing amount of crew members who could have taught it to him. The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence, it seems more likely that Ace had Armament Haki than not having it.

neither am I but, here's the definition
tem·per·a·ture
ˈtemp(ə)rəCHər,ˈtemp(ə)rəˌCHo͝or/Submit
noun
the degree or intensity of heat present in a substance or object, especially as expressed according to a comparative scale and shown by a thermometer or perceived by touch.
MEDICINE
the degree of internal heat of a person's body.
"I'll take her temperature"
informal
a body temperature above the normal; fever.
"he was running a temperature"

den·si·ty
ˈdensədē/
noun
the degree of compactness of a substance.
"a reduction in bone density"
synonyms: solidity, solidness, denseness, thickness, substance, mass; More
COMPUTING
a measure of the amount of information on a storage medium (tape or disk). For magnetic tape it is the amount of information recorded per unit length of tape (bits per inch or millimeter); for a disk, a fixed number of bits per sector, sectors per track, and tracks per disk.
noun: packing density; plural noun: packing densities
"chip density doubles every eighteen months"
PHYSICS
degree of consistency measured by the quantity of mass per unit volume.

From my understanding if the object is really dense its temperature will be less than the less thicker one,But don't take my word on this cause I may be wrong but anyway can you show me where you got the fire temperature from?cause it may be different for each type of gas

In my opinion, there's a lot more leaning towards Ace not having Busoshoku Haki.

There are multiple reasons why Ace couldn't have Haki. I'll show why I don't think Ace has Busoshoku Haki by addressing the main reasons people say he has to have it:

1. Logias can't survive in the New World without it.
This isn't necessarily true. Pekoms said Logias in the New World who have overconfidence in their abilities get taken out easier. This doesn't necessarily mean that a Logia absolutely needs Busoshoku to survive. Monet, Caesar and Trebol have been surviving in the New World just fine, despite not being powerhouses themselves. The reason they have is because of the protection of those around them. They have the Donquixote Pirates backing them up, the same way Ace has the Whitebeard Pirates to back him up. When Buggy's crew wanted to kill Ace, Buggy stopped them because it would mean facing Whitebeard's wrath. Chances are, Ace could have survived without Haki simply because most people would be too scared of the crew to try and kill Ace.

In battle, the WB pirates clearly have teamwork down. During the war, they had strategies they had down and didn't need to voice to each other to carry out. Ace could have simply fought people he could handle, and leave Marco, Vista or Jozu or WB to handle people he'd need Busoshoku to fight.

2. Oda didn't have visible Haki pre-skip.
This doesn't excuse Ace not demonstrating Haki. Oda had:
1. Whitebeard
2. Rayleigh
3. Akainu
4. Kizaru
5. Kuzan
6. Kuja Pirates
7. Hancock
8. Garp
9. Jozu
10. Shanks
11. Marco
12. Vista
all demonstrating Busoshoku Haki just fine. Ace had the opportunity to use Buso against Teach, but didn't do so even once. He knew Teach was a Logia, and still attacked him without Haki with Fiery Doll. Ace was surprised that Teach was harmed by ¨an attack like that¨ because he didn't know Teach didn't have the same Logia advantage. This means that Ace attacked someone he knew was a Logia without Haki. Why? It makes no sense that Ace would hold back Haki against Teach if he had it. He was trying to murder Teach, and he has shown no qualms about killing, he's openly tried it multiple times. So why would he hold back Buso against the Logia he's bloodlusted against?

It's because Ace lacks Buso

Xanxus I told your ass to make this thread. Almost thought you chickened out, but it seems like you got beat to it. Anyways Ace obviously takes this, Akainu didn't even fight Croc. And saying dumb things like Croc can TKO with one hand isn't going to cut it. Its not like Ace doesn't have long ranged attacks and can be aware to watch out for that hand. He's fire anyway, he isn't going to be simply touched.

And I find it funny that Crocodile fans are still using these played out excuses like he cut Akainu in half as arguments for his strength.

Put it here:

Magma:
Magma is a complex high-temperature fluid substance. Temperatures of most magmas are in the range 700 °C to 1300 °C (or 1300 °F to 2400 °F), but very rare carbonatite melts may be as cool as 600 °C, and komatiite melts may have been as hot as 1600 °C. Most are silicate mixtures.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magma

Fire:
The temperature range from Red to White:
Red
Just visible: 525 °C (980 °F)
Dull: 700 °C (1,300 °F)
Cherry, dull: 800 °C (1,500 °F)
Cherry, full: 900 °C (1,700 °F)
Cherry, clear: 1,000 °C (1,800 °F)
Orange
Deep: 1,100 °C (2,000 °F)
Clear: 1,200 °C (2,200 °F)
White
Whitish: 1,300 °C (2,400 °F)
Bright: 1,400 °C (2,600 °F)
Dazzling: 1,500 °C (2,700 °F)

And your still using those petty arguments. Bro you didn't see croc turn to glass because CROCODILE NEVER FOUGHT AKAINU 1v1. He had a crap ton of help from even Marco and Vista. Hell I'm pretty sure he had so much help Akainu never even saw him trying.
