We don't know how many forms of Haki he has but he used the King's Disposition to save Luffy back when they were kids if I remember correctly. So being a Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, I would assume that since WB, Marco, and Vista all know Haki, he would have been trained. Croc on the other hand has no known Haki.
He could have been speaking from a jealous stand point... not to say that he was jealous, but like "you got it too" because they say only a few very notable pirates have it n for luffy to have it was jus a surprise for him... i kno it makes all the sense in the world to ASSUME he can use haki but can we not also ASSUME that the shichibukai, other strong pirates, would also b able ta use some form of haki or do we take each shichibukai individually??
