The second step is for the you to burst a rubber ball, and since rubber is thicker and air is completely different from water, it forces you to use denser chakra to break it. This step emphasizes power.

The last and final step is to combine both step one and two by spinning chakra inside a balloon without moving the balloon itself, which emphasizes stability of the sphere shape.

First, add some sake to your rasengan, and use it on that tree.

After that, add just your fire element without sake, to your rasegan.

Finally, combine both of them, and use it on this platuea. *Makes a platue*
