Jugram begins weaving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake handseals while molding his spiritual and physical energy into chakra. He then used nature transformation to create suiton chakra and then released the chakra into the air, creating clouds above them in the forest. Through this Jugram used his shape manipulation to have the clouds begin to create rain fall. The rain quickly reached the surface of the earth and the forest. Since it was imbued with his chakra he could easily sense his senpai's location behind the rock due to the rain striking him.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.



"Well the first advantage is clear. It is a makeshift sensory technique allowing you to sense enemies without being a sensor type yourself. The second is that it is C-ranked so it is quite chakra efficient given its ability to sense anything that the rain is obstructed by. Another major advantage is that the rain will continue at no chakra cost per turn until the user decides to make it stop.

There are ways to guard yourself from it. One could cover themselves in earth to obstruct the rain in a different way, making it more unclear where the opponent actually is. Basically anything that obstructs the rain other than the actual intended target will cause confusion and increase the area around the target that you sense is disrupting. I realize the way I worded that might make no sense at all xD. Additionally this technique can't sense the difference between a clone and an original as it detects the physical obstruction.

I would use this in conjunction with Hiding in Mist. It would allow me to stay inside the mist and sense my opponent allowing greater accuracy with my surprise attacks. The combinations I could set up would be much more accurate."


Jugram began to weave the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. He pointed his palm toward his senpai and used his nature transformation to mold his chakra into suiton chakra. Suddenly he began to expel the water from his mouth at his senpai and used his shape transformation to create a sphere that would encompass his senpai. Once his senpai was completely engulfed Jugram used further shape transformation to increase the water's density.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.



While difficult to perform this technique it certainly has tactical advantage. Once inside the victim will have an extremely difficult time escaping. The opponent cannot breathe in the technique as well. Because of the extremely heavy water the target will also not be able to move. Only certain attacks can break through it, like a Hyuuga being able to release chakra from all of their tenketsu at the same time. It can only be used defensively as the jutsu as stated. However one must remember that if they cannot breathe underwater then it could backfire.

The disadvantages are pretty laid out. It takes quite a few hand seals to use leaving you open momentarily. It also requires you or a clone to have their hand in the prison at all times to maintain it. It also can't really be used tactically if there are two enemies and only one of you, unless you manage to trap both of them using both arms.

I would set this up by using a water clone in close quarters combat. I would distract my opponent with various ninja tools or other jutsu to leave them open against my clone to capture him. With that done I can follow up by using a raiton to shock and paralyze my opponent within the suiton. If the attack is a high rank raiton it would also kill them in the process. The prison basically leaves them helpless."


Moving along to the next technique Jugram closely listens to his senpai as this one will require significant shape transformation. Jugram does as he is told and immediately begins focusing his suiton chakra in his stomach. As his senpai's kunai speeds toward him he finishes his technique and changes his entire body to have the properties of water. Once struck his stomach began to turn to liquid and the water leaked to the ground. Soon after, using the water chakra he gathered, Jugram's entire body changed to water and fell to the ground. Shortly after he reformed. Ready to give his senpai his explanations.

Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.



"Well senpai this jutsu is definitely useful in a multitude of situations. You can substitute yourself with against almost all physical attacks in desperate situations where no counter attacks are available. That in and of itself is a pretty powerful advantage.

There are a few disadvantages to this technique. As you said you are extremely vulnerable to raiton jutsu. And since you will be completely liquefied if you use this technique to liquefy your entire body then you will be vulnerable for a few moments as you reform. And of course, you're unable to attack while this technique is active.

I would evade any physical attack that I had no possible counter to. The exception to this is a raiton jutsu. I could use this to dodge Susanoo's sword or avoid an incoming doton projectile. The possibilities are huge in number. There are attacks that cannot be avoided, such as instantaneous attacks like amaterasu.

I have one question. Can this jutsu be only used once per battle? Or is it limitless?"

"Alright, perfectly stated for the first and second technique, but i feel like its my responsibility to give you more information on the last technique. Water replacement, incredibly useful. However, it comes with great risk, which i learned the hard way. In my past lives, i faced a man named Galen. Back then, i was a whole different person, literally. I was toshiro. I used that technique and it backfired because Galen eventually used his water prowess to control the water i created, from my body, therefore disabling me from reforming back. Not everyone has this power, but you can do something with the same effects. For example, if you see the enemy turn to water, putting something in there that would stop them from reforming would be the best, if you intend to kill them. For example, if you manipulate a pillar in there, to pierce through their water-based body, they would be unable to reform because if they did, they would have a giant hole on where their stomach would be because of the pillar of earth. And, if you aren't able to reform, you are very vulnerable to lightning techniques, so just be careful when using this!"

"Moving on, the next technique is another low-ranking technique that is useful in battle if used offensively." Tobirama points at two hand seals: Dragon and Tiger, while quickly performing it himself as an example, then turns towards Jugram. "This technique requires two hand seals: Dragon and Tiger. As you perform the two hand seals, perform nature chakra and change the nature of your chakra into the properties of water. Once that is done, send the newly-modified water chakra right in front of you, creating a mass of water that can you'd use to strike the target with." Tobirama plants three training dummies with "X's" on the stomach, lined up one after another. "Perform shape manipulation to shape the mass of water and shape it into a dragon with a gaping mouth. (Wide open) Then, with your chakra in the dragon, manipulate it to move towards the training dummies and have it attack that area, if done correctly the power should be strong enough to uproot the dummies from the ground." Tobirama walks away and sat down on a nearby boulder, as he analyzes the students' performance. "This technique does not require a water source; you make it yourself.

Tobirama teleports to his student. "Alright, we move on. This technique utilizes the Tiger hand seal, which you've been familiarized with from the previous technique." As a refresher, Tobirama creates the tiger hand seal himself as an example to the student. "Change the nature of your chakra into the properties of water, as always, while performing the hand seal. Once you do that, channel the newly modified chakra to your feet, and slam your foot on the ground. Once you do that, send water chakra from your foot and channel it through the ground, where you would use the water chakra to materialize water from the ground and shape manipulation to shape it into a thin and pressurized jet of water." Tobirama points at the boulder he sat on and orders the student. "Okay, perform that and aim it towards that area. Keep in mind the jet isn't the largest, or widest therefore it wouldn't be able to cut through large gates and large constructs. However, it is still fairly powerful for this rank and could be useful if used in the right situation. Have it race down towards the averagely-sized boulder and slice through it, reducing it to pieces. Once you do that, give me advantages, disadvantages, and how you would use it in battle, like combinations, etc."

"And, the next one." Tobirama summons another boulder, similar in size to the last one, mid-range from his student. "This technique can be performed quickly, primarily because it does not require any water source nor does it demand the usage of hand seals. Gather chakra and channel it towards your mouth, in which you'd perform nature transformation and as usual, change the nature of your chakra into the properties of water. Materialize water from your mouth, a fairly large amount and with the use of shape manipulation, shape it into a compressed mass of water that acts as stream. It relies on brute force for its damage-dealing because of how compressed you would manipulate it, therefore a direct hit to the stomach would cause great pain to the enemy. It's extremely compressed, therefore it has the power to carve any surrounding earth but still has to abide with the elemental strengths and weaknesses. Anyways, i want you to destroy that somewhat small boulder while you aim the stream-based wave towards it; once completed, give me advantages, disadvantages, and how you could use this in battle offensively.

With this completed Jugram expels his water chakra from his mouth and creates a large mass of water in the shape of a dragon. The dragon formed next to him and due to the nature of the water was able to stand still. With Jugram's command he sends them at the three dummies. The concussive force of the crash pulls the dummies out of the ground and sends them in the current of the water as it continues forward for a few more meters.

"Well the first advantage to this technique is that it does not require a water source, meaning it can be used anywhere by expelling water from the mouth. Secondly, the water can stay stationary. Unlike Suishoha where it quickly topples over in a torrent of water and then cascades this technique can be held until it is decided to be launched at the enemy. Lastly the technique is not a stream of water and is a projectile. This allows the user to continue on with using other techniques.

The disadvantages to this technique is that it does require two handseals, which if one is in a bit of a bind or in intense close quarters combat then you most likely will not be able to weave them to use this technique.

To use this offensively I could bind my opponent with water whip to prevent their movement and hit them directly with this. That way they take the full damage from the concussive force of the water. Additionally I could use it as a distraction and bait them to use a doton and follow up with a raiton to strike them."


Jugram performs the Tiger handseal and forms new suiton chakra. Then sends the suiton chakra down his leg into his foot and releases it via the tenketsu. Jugram stops his foot on the ground like an angsty teenager. The water chakra released into the ground creating an upward water jet that sliced through the rock toward the direction that his senpai pointed in.

"The advantages to this technique is that it can be used to attack under your opponent if sent in their direction. With that you can distract your opponent and force them to stay stationary on the ground through creative use of combinations. That way you use this jutsu and use the highly pressurized jet to deal possibly fatal damage to their body if they take the full hit. It can also be used to slice through certain defenses, such as a generic rock that isn't created from their chakra.

The disadvantages to this technique is that if used alone it can be avoided easily. An enemy could use a doton and create a pillar to throw them into the air which would allow them to avoid it completely. The jet also doesn't move terribly fast and as such can be seen coming at them if they aren't distracted.

In a fight I would distract my enemy first. Either through using a flash bomb and water whip or by forcing them into a corner by creating a doton wall behind them and using this to come directly at them."


Jugram gathers his chakra yet again and transforms it into suiton chakra keeping in mind the fluid qualities of the water. With this done he transfers the suiton chakra to his mouth. Using shape manipulation he compresses the water and releases it from his mouth into a stream aimed directly at the bolder his senpai had summoned. The water, being an extremely compressed stream launched from Jugram's mouth, quickly reached the small boulder and destroyed it.

"Well the first advantage is that it is highly compressed and has cutting power due to this compression. And of course has no hand seals so it makes for a quick attack that could knock the wind out of an enemy and knock them off balance with proper aim and usage. Given its speed it is very chakra efficient.

The disadvantage is that this technique has no fatal qualities to it so it will require a follow up to complete it. However that isn't a terrible disadvantage and can be easily compensated for.

I would use this jutsu to knock my opponent off balance and follow up with a much deadlier attack such as Suishoha. Or I could use a raiton on them immediately after since they will not be able to react fast enough after being struck in the gut with this technique to avoid a lightning projectile."

Perform the string of hand seals while performing nature transformation to your chakra, with the goal of changing the nature of your chakra into the properties of water. Once you've done that, send it in the area you desire, underground to extract water from the ground and have it rise up. Once you've acquired the proper water source from the ground, this is where the versatility comes in. You can use it in different ways, one being shaping a body of water around a water-based summoning, allowing it to travel in land by using the body of water you created or trapping the target in the same body of water as you did with the summoning. You can use this as a form of defense, to create a body of water in front of you in which you'd manipulate into a wall of sorts, that would be capable of defending in accordance to elemental strengths and weaknesses; or have a body of water rise up to your target, drowning them if they stay for extended amounts of time. Keep in mind, this technique would not work when you're in rocky terrains." Tobirama sits on the ground in front of the student. Tobirama then walks towards the large lake located somewhere in the training grounds, expecting the student to follow. As they reach that area, Tobirama would allow Jugram to walk in front of him. "Okay... now go to the edge of the land where water meets it. Stand there, and stare at the calm waters." Tobirama, after a few seconds, kicks Jugram from behind, pushing him into the water. Baka... As the student was inside the water source, Tobirama proceeds to explain the actual technique. "Well, this is quite a useful technique but i highly doubt you would use it all that often. Gather chakra throughout your body and perform nature transformation to change the nature of it into the properties of water. Once you do that, send it outwards to the water surrounding you and to your skin as well. With your water chakra, you would manipulate the chakra you coated yourself with to blend in with the water, making you undistinguishable to the naked eye, of course this wont fool Doujutsu users. This is merely the first step of the technique. The second part consists of propelling yourself while you're in the water, which is pretty simple. Once you go underwater, send water chakra outwards from the direction you want. For example, if you want to move to the left, you send chakra outwards to the opposite direction to propel yourself to that area; a simple concept. Now, go underwater and i will launch this large boulder at you. "Up next is a basic technique." Tobirama plants a single training dummy, five meters from the student. "Extend your palms outwards and channel a vast amount of chakra in that area. Perform nature transformation to change the nature of your chakra into the properties of water, which i'm sure you're familiarized with by now. Once you do that, use your water chakra to release a stream of water from your palms. This would create a fast jet of water from your hand which extends outwards to grow in size, but keep in mind the range of it is not very long. Like most water technique, this technique relies on the brute force it exerts when a target makes contact with it, so similar to the last technique, i suggest aiming at areas that are sensitive, like the stomach or the eyes. Its force is enough to push back a target, and its a stream based water technique. Perform it towards that training dummy" Tobirama points a finger at the training dummy he planted earlier, 5 meters away. "Use the brute force of the water to uproot it and force it back several meters. Once you are done, give me advantages, disadvantages, and how you would use this in battle offensively, with combinations, and things like that."

With this complete Jugram then sends his suiton chakra under the ground and beneath his senpai's fight. Suddenly the ground breaks open below his senpai's feet and covers him in water. It quickly rose to cover his head. Shortly after, as not to kill him, Jugram released the technique.

"The first advantage to this technique is that for a quick defense and offense it requires no body of water. The second advantage is as you say - it is so versatile as it can be an offense, defense, and supplementary move. I think the best feature of this technique is its ability to give a water summon a place to be used in an area with no water. That can be tide turning in a battle as summons can be used extremely well.

The disadvantages are also quite obvious. For an offensive ability it has no brute force capability or cutting ability. As such to kill someone you need your opponent to stay in the water for an extended period of time to drown. And as you said, it can't be used in rocky terrain for any purposes.

To use this offensively I would need a way to trap my opponent in the water. First I could wrap my water whip around their body or neck and drag them to the ground and channel raiton through it so as to paralyze them. Then I could finish them off by creating this body of water to drown them. Defensively I would use this to defend against physical attacks like kunai, shuriken, etc and katon jutsu. I could also use this to block incoming taijutsu that are low ranked."


Suddenly Jugram was pushed into the magnificent land. Afterwards his heard his senpai's explanation. Jugram sent his water chakra to his skin and the water surrounding him. Then with this he used shape transformation to cause the water surrounding him to blend perfectly with the water around in the lake making him invisible to a regular eye. Jugram suddenly saw a dark shadow overhead. It was a giant boulder. Large enough to kill him if crushed by it in the water. He sent the chakra to his feet and propelled himself forward at an extremely fast pace.

"Well senpai this technique is very situational but it does have its advantages. First it can be used to fool the naked eye as you said. Meaning if you are in a terrain with a large body of water and you retreat to it you can hide temporarily and plan your next surprise attack. You can also use the water to reposition yourself for your next attack.

The disadvantage to this is that it is highly situational and most terrains don't have a large body of water to fully enjoy this in. It also can be easily spotted by a byakugan, rinnegan, or sharingan user. However just because they can see you doesn't mean they can kill you on the spot as you move much faster.

I would first try to trap my enemy in a body of water and then use this technique to increase my momentum to kill them with a sword or a projectile. I can also use this as a way to temporarily retreat to gain some safe ground. I can also use it to reposition myself behind them to engage them in a surprise attack.

Jugram finally gets out of the lake and begins to prepare for his next technique. After listening to his senpai's explanation he focuses the suiton chakra in his hand and releases a stream of water aimed at the training dummy's stomach. The dummy takes the hit square on and is forced back by about 5 meters.

"The advantages to this technique are that it requires no hand seals and can be used to throw an opponent off balance. It is just a simple movement of the user's palm to release the stream of water. It can be used to distort eyesight temporarily or knock the wind out of an opponent by blasting their stomach.

However because this technique is a stream an enemy can use it as a conductor to hit you with a raiton. The stream reminds dependent on you as the user.

I would use this in battle to first surprise and knock my opponent off balance and then follow up with a much larger and devastating attack that could inflict much greater damage. The attack would normally be easier to dodge or counter but since they would be knocked off balance they would not be able to easily counter it."

"Nicely done; I especially like the way you would use these techniques in battle. Performing low-ranking techniques to set up for the larger and stronger technique is a great plan because most people usually underestimate the supplementary usages of these "Weak" techniques. But they are fairly powerful if used in a combination correctly. Just a tip, on the underground motion technique; you don't necessarily move faster. I would say you move at an equal pace as you would in land, primarily because its water where its denser than air and its harder to move. This technique helps you maneuver yourself easily when you're in water though. "

"Moving on to the next batch." Tobirama guides the student to an area near the training grounds where trees and bushes were present, a lot of them. Picking the portrait up, he points at the following hand seals: Boar, Dog, Horse, and Tiger and proceeds to perform it himself to act as an example. "You're familiar with most of these hand seals, correct? Anyways, this technique requires you to perform the hand seals i just performed. While at the same time, perform nature transformation to your chakra and once you change it to the properties of water, send it in the water source behind us. With the water chakra, perform shape manipulation on the water source, in this case, the lake to shape out a stream of water and have it rise up. With further shape manipulation, make a spiraling motion on the water to add more force to it." Tobirama ignites a small bush, which easily grows into a potential forest fire which would engulf the whole naruto world if it doesn't get extinguish this very moment. "Let me go into detail in this technique. It's extremely useful because its not a streaming technique that comes from your mouth or your hands, it is manipulated from a water source. you control its movements therefore you have a large range of angle that you can use when approaching this. For example, have it curve around to the right if needed, so long as you maintain shape manipulation when you do it or else it would disperse into water. "Up next is a technique that is extremely useful if used in the right terrain, which is water, aha." With his finger, Tobirama sticks it in the water while moving it in a circular motion. Within seconds, he would form a mini vortex of water in the lake. "Alright, we'll make something similar to this but at a much larger scale. When the enemy is standing on water, perform nature transformation to your chakra and change it into the properties of water. Once you've done it, channel the newly modified water chakra through your legs and from your legs, you'd channel it into the water source and underneath the target. Manipulate your water chakra underneath your opponent and in the water to create a circular motion which you'd make quicker and quicker until it transforms into a full on whirlpool. Because of its circular motion, anyone caught within the range of the whirlpool you created would be sucked in. Keep in mind, the whirlpool is not too big but the size varies depending on what you want it to. Don't perform it too close to yourself, obviously because you'd be sucked in too. When you're manipulating the size, keep in mind it is simply a C-rank technique so you wouldn't be able to create a gigantic whirlpool, just keep it logical so that you'd have enough chakra to generate the whirlpool successfully." Tobirama walks 5 meters in front of the student. "Alright, perform it to me. If you do it correctly, it should have enough speed to pull me in, if not, then you'll have to re-do it. Once he displays them to the student, he performs them himself, acting as an example. "You should be developing the speeds in which you perform hand seals by now. Anyways, perform the three hand seals i've created earlier. While you're doing that, perform nature transformation on your chakra to change it into the properties of water. Now, this technique is pretty weird. It comes in two different forms. One being a mist, and the other would be oil. I assume you remember it from Kuzan's trainings. Yeah, the five different forms of water. Anyways, we start off at the mist form. With your newly modified water chakra, send it in the skies in which you'd materialize a mist. Before it is created, you would manipulate the nature of the mist into something darker, a black color (which is oil) and perform shape manipulation to change the shape of it into a cloud after you materialize it in the sky. With your chakra, you can change its movements to have it placed above the target, or you can materialize it there in the first place. Anyways, once the black clouds are summoned in your desired location, disperse it with the your chakra. These clouds would contain oil, if you remembered correctly, you manipualted the nature of the clouds and converted it into oil. Anywho, the oil would rain down on the target, covering them with easily flammable oil. Cover that statue of Izuna in flammable oil, and choose any fire technique that would be capable of igniting and and bursting it into flames. Jugram forms the Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger hand seals and begins to focus his suiton chakra. He sent his suiton chakra into the lake next to him and began to cause the water to rise. With shape manipulation Jugram begins to spin the water into a spiraling mass and added further force to it. He aims the water at the poor small bush that his senpai had ignited. Using his control over it he brings the stream down on the bush and extinguishes it.

The advantages to this technique is that it is an offensive surprise attack almost. As the description says it can be used at almost any angle and can be controlled through shape manipulation. With it you can chain other attacks before using this and then while your opponent is distracted by those other attacks use this jutsu to come up from behind or their sides and smash them with the blunt force of this attack. Given the spiraling motion of it the damage from this would be quite great.

The most obvious disadvantage for this is that it requires a water source. But there are techniques that can compensate for that and create a water source. Also since this technique requires focus on the shape manipulation to use the angle advantage you cannot weave other techniques into it. So thus you should compensate for this by distracting first then finishing with this technique.

To use it for its angling advantage I would first distract my opponent and try to blind them and take away their sense of hearing somehow so as to let this technique stealthily attack from behind. Without hearing they won't be able to hear the water form from behind and be taken completely by surprise allowing for a direct hit.


Jugarm focuses his water chakra into the lake through his legs and begins to move it in a circular motion. The motion becomes quicker and quicker until finally the water sinks down into a whirlpool. The water moves fast enough to drag his senpai straight down into the depths of the lake.

This technique is great because it doesn't require hand seals. So almost instantly you can start forming a whirlpool to surprise your enemy. Of course it will take a little time for the whirlpool to fully form so the enemy may use a doton to escape.

The disadvantages to this are that it requires a water source and it doesn't form instantaneously. One would have a little time to escape. So to use this as a finisher you would need to distract your opponent first or alternatively you could use this as a distraction and follow up with a much larger attack.

To use this I would begin a battle by creating it, forcing my opponent to use a doton to escape. I would then follow up with a raiton to try to paralyze them and cause them to fall back into the water. At this point I could follow up with another raiton as they are on the water or I could use the whirlpool again in an attempt to suck them to the bottom of the water source and inflict some pretty painful damage."


Jugram then begins by weaving the Ram → Snake → Tiger quickly, almost as if it was becoming second nature. Jugram sends his water chakra into the sky to materialize the mist. However using further nature transformation Jugram creates a dark cloud. With this he moves the cloud over the statue of Izuna and disperses it causing oil to rain down upon the statue. Jugram then immediately inhaled a large amount of air and released a single fireball from his lungs aimed directly at the statue causing it to burst into flames as it ignites with the oil.

I certainly do love combination moves. The oil is excellent for conjunction with fire. It is rare to see fire and water releases used together but in this case it is. Since it is oil it won't wash off easily. Only foam can really wash off oil and very few creatures are capable of this. This jutsu also requires no water source so it can be used independent of terrain. And since you can materialize the cloud over their head it makes it difficult to dodge. One would need to block the incoming katon instead.

There really aren't any disadvantages to this technique. As long as you get the victim covered in the oil the technique will work quite well.

To use this offensively I will want to first blind my opponent to prevent them from noticing the black cloud. Then while they are blinded I will disperse it and cover them in oil. Before they have time to react though I will use Water Whip to choke them and bind them so they cannot evade it easily. Then I will release a katon to ignite the oil and inflict massive damage to them.

"For the first technique, keep in mind that when i mean every angle, i meant the angles that are see-able. For example, you cannot attack it from the feet, that would be illogical, aha. Though, im sure you knew that. And for the second technique, it is quite obvious that a whirlpool is forming from the spinning motion it creates, so i'd be careful when using it because it would be hard to catch the enemy off guard with this technique. Other than that, nice job, as always."

Tobirama points at three hand seals from the picture, pointing at Boar, Dog, and Ram. He presents them to the student by performing it himself, and proceeds to explain the technique. "Simple technique, but its complicated to understand. That didn't make sense, huh? Anyways, perform the three hand seals i've displayed above and change the nature of your chakra into the properties of water through nature transformation. Once you've done that, send it to an area around you, either behind you, in front of you, and/or to your right/left. With the water chakra, materialize a mass of water, which would burst out from the area you put your chakra in and it would rush out like normal water, effectively creating a decently sized water source." Tobirama spends nine days and nights digging out a large crater, and returns back to training, directing the student to the crater. "Alright so this technique. You can use it on a crater to create a lake of water which you would use as a water source, which could be helpful. You can use it in conjunction with an earth release to create a plateu in which you'd use this technique from a certain height, you can create a waterfall that would continuously run throughout the battle, creating a small pond below it, but would be limited to that area. Likewise, you can use this on a flat surface but it wouldn't create a 'deep' water source, it would create a wave of sorts, going into one direction until it stops, about mid-range, creating a river of sorts. The following technique will require you to create a clone, so, head to the water source to your left and create one. Come back immediately." As he says this, Tobirama pitches a single training dummy on the ground, approximately 10 meters from where Jugram stood. Seconds later, the student would arrive, successfully creating a clone. "Nice, nice. Now this technique is fairly simple. Channel chakra to your clone and change it into the properties of water with the use of nature transformation. Keep in mind your clone has to be within short-range for you to manipulate it. Once your chakra is within the clone, manipulate its solidity and disperse it into water, while mid-air, use your chakra to perform shape manipulation and reshape them into four, pointed and fairly long projectiles made of water. He points his fingers at the direction of the training dummies. "Alright, for the first training dummy, practice some freeform punches and for the second one, practice some kicks. For the kicks, i want you to practice upward-based kicks that would hit the enemy into the stomach and would have enough force to push them up." Tobirama forms a single handseal and creates a shadow clone. "Once you're done, come here. You will combine what you practiced into one technique. Approach my clone and strike them with punches, freeform punches, anywhere you'd like like the head, stomach, chest, neck, aha. Just make sure to do it briefly and don't spend too much time punching. Afterwards, kick them up in the air by kicking the stomach area at an angle that would push them up meters in the air, and the suiton comes here. As they are rising up, channel water-based chakra to your palms and swing your palm at an arc, whichever arc you desire. As you do that, materialize a blade of water which you'd send out to strike the target mid-air. Jugram weaves the Boar → Dog → Ram and transforms his raw chakra into suiton chakra. Using this new chakra Jugram focused it on a tree nearby and released the chakra causing a mass of water to form from above the branches. This created a torrent of water in the form of a waterfall and slowly below it a pond began to form.

Well senpai this technique will allow me to create a water source based on where I use it. This is hugely beneficial in a fight where there is no water. Unlike Suishoha, this technique can be used creatively allowing for a deep water source to be created if the user wishes it to be. As you said it can be created in a crater to form a pond, or flat on the ground to create a shallow river. It is important to remember the terrain of the battlefield and your location on it so you can fully take advantage of the water source.

There are disadvantages as well. It will take a little time to fill a crater with water as well as even form a shallow river. These things do not happen instantly. However since it runs continuously through the battle that is only a slight hindrance.

To use it in battle I would combine it with a Doton to create a hole in the surface of the battlefield and then use this technique to fill it with water. I could create water clones from it or use it to create a large scale water attack as long as the pond is deep enough to support something that large.


Jugram walks out onto the lake and focuses his suiton chakra. With it he begins to form a water clone and applies shape transformation to make it look exactly like him. He then returns to his senpai's location. With his suiton chakra Jugram channels it into the clone to manipulate its form. He disperses the clone back into water and while the water is still in mid air uses his shape manipulation to reshape the water into four pointed projectiles. He fired two at the eyes of the dummy and two more at the stomach.

The great aspect of this technique is that it will allow you to transform the clone anywhere as long as it is within short range of you. This makes for a great combination attack and distraction attack.

However the clone does have to be within short range of you. Meaning that if you run into short range of your enemy and the clone is still in mid range you will lose control over it and it will disperse rendering it useless. This technique also indirectly requires a water source because mizu bunshin does, making it somewhat situational. Another big disadvantage is that your clone disperses. Meaning if you use this technique when your clone is just formed not only did you spend 15 chakra but you also spent the 1/10th of your chakra on the clone without making full use of it.

To use it in battle I would want to engage with it as a distraction. I would ensure that I utilized most of the chakra in the clone before engaging with this technique. Then I could use it to temporarily damage my opponent's vision and use a much larger scale attack from a different angle taking them by full force and surprise.


Jugram then walks up to the first dummy his senpai pointed at. He punches it in the stomach once and follows up with a punch to where the dummy's jaw would be if it was human. Then he approaches the second he practices his kciks. He first punches the dummy across the face in a left to right motion and then kicks upward causing the dummy to uproot and go airborne. Then once he completed this he approaches his senpai's clone. He punched the clone first in a left to right motion across the face and with his elbow dropped it on the clone's forward causing it to fall forward slightly toward Jugram. Then with his left he kicked directly upwards into the clone's stomach throwing it back and throwing it up into the air. Then focusing his suiton chakra into his hand while the clone was still airborne Jugram moved his hand into an arc and unleashed the blade of water striking the clone dead on in the chest and dispersing it.

The advantage to this technique is that it is a very quick technique. It requires no hand seals and only requires you to mold and shape the suiton chakra from your hand.

The disadvantage to this technique is that it is short range and requires a little free form hand to hand combat to perform. The blade can't be materialized in mid range and you have to be up in the opponent's face. The good thing with this is that it can be used by a clone who can engage with you in short range.

To use it in battle I would want to position myself to engage my opponent in close range. I could use a large scale attack to distract him from my approach, such as suishoha. Once I'm safely in short range of him I could engage in freeform taijutsu to allow myself to use this technique. I could also use a clone in conjunction with it and knock him up in the air and use this jutsu twice. Once from the clone and once from myself.

"Ah, we used so much training dummies... anyways, this technique is performed by channeling chakra on your right arm and performing nature transformation to change the nature of your chakra into the properties of water. You should be familiarized with water chakra by now. Anyways, once that is done, materialize water from your right arm and with shape manipulation, you'd be able to shape it into a bullet of water, with the size of your arm, or an average person's arm. Now, practice punching the air with your right hand, adding more force to it as you go. This technique requires you to punch the air, releasing the water blob you created on your arm, creating a projectile bullet that would be aimed towards the target. In this case, aim it towards the training dummy. Keep in mind its damage relies on the density of the water and the brute force it exerts. "Yet another simple but useful technique." Tobirama enthusiastically explained, as he pitched a single training dummy ten meters from Jugram's location. "This technique creates a moving body of water underneath you which you could use to travel. This is done by performing nature transformation on your chakra, transforming it into the properties of water. Once that is done, send it underneath you and around your feet. With the water chakra, you are able to materialize water out of no where. This technique relies on shape manipulation. You would shape the water stream around your feet, so that when it moves, you aren't pushed off. Manipulate the water with your chakra and have it travel towards the training dummies, at a slightly faster speed than you would on land." Tobiarma hands Jugram a katana, and explains the use of the katana for this technique. "Alright, now that you have the moving body of water concept out of the way, take this katana and travel to your target. Once you reach their area, attack them with the sword, slashing them from any angle or any area you desire. Make it quick because staying in close proximity against an opponent is always risky. Anyways, perform it on the training dummies to decapitate the training dummy, and slash through the wooden stomach. Give me advantages, disadvantages, and how you would use this in battle, combination wise of course." Tobirama stands back, examining the student's performance.

Jugram focuses his water chakra beneath his feet and unleashes it causing the ground below him to break open with a torrent of water gushing out. With that water Jugram applied shape manipulation to transform it into a pillar that would carry him many feet into the air. Once the water reached the peak of its height Jugram reached out and grabbed the pinata.

CANDY?!!?!?!?!

Well senpai this has similar advantages and disadvantages to any pillar technique. First off it can be used to launch one's self from the ground to evade attacks. It also requires no water source making it a good move to use in a tight spot to evade a physical attack. The jutsu can also be used to throw an opponent off balance.

There are no real disadvantages with this technique. I suppose the only one is that it has no huge concussive force or cutting force as it is more suited to target an enemy's balance.

I would use this as a way to disrupt my enemy's position. I would summon the pillar beneath them and throw them up into the air. Immediately after to follow up I would channel raiton chakra into the ground or into the pillar to electrocute them and paralyze them.


Jugram focuses his suiton chakra inside of his right arm and releases it causing it to materialize. With his shape transformation he creates a bullet of water that is about the size of his arm and streamlined in shape. Jugram begins to punch the air with his hand without releasing the water. Each punch he increases the force behind it. Finally when he was ready he increased the density of the water and punched the air yet again causing the bullet to be released flying straight for the dummy's abdomen. It impacted and caused half the dummy break off from the concussive force. Of course this would not happen to a normal human. A normal human would experience pain from the impact however.

Since this technique requires no hand seals or bodies of water it is a quick ability that is useful in taijutsu combinations. If you release the bullet in close quarters then the enemy will have a difficult time reacting to it and creating a proper counter.

Of course this technique is only short range so it has no applications outside of close quarter fighting.

I would use freeform to distract my opponent, then use this to knock the wind out of them and cause some damage. Then I would use a much deadlier attack to finish them off.


Jugram focuses his suiton chakra under his feet. With it he releases the water and materializes it. Using his shape transformation he transforms the water under him into a stream allowing him to move faster than if he was running. Well with this technique you can quickly use it to get in short range of your opponent and use the extra momentum to slash at them inflicting increased damage.

The disadvantage to this is that it does bring you in close proximity of the enemy and you are very obvious using this if you are charging directly at them it will make you an easy target.

To use it in battle I would want to blind them somehow first. I could put them under a genjutsu and quickly travel toward them and slash them. Or I could bind them and prevent them from attacking me.

Manipulate the air and water molecules above you to condense water, or materialize water from thin air." As he spoke, Tobirama set up for the next technique by putting target boards five meters away from the student. "Then, perform shape manipulation to shape these into simple projectiles, resembling spheres of sorts. Have these projectiles hit the three target boards i created. To order them to move, a simple hand gesture by swinging your hand would suffice. Perform it, give me advantages and disadvantages, and how you would use this in battle! "

Well to begin with this jutsu has an advantage over the regular water whip because it can be formed in close quarters combat and without hand seals. The whip is materialized in the mouth, not in the hand. Which gives you two free hands to use for free form taijutsu and other free form attacks.

The disadvantage is that you can't channel raiton through it. And it only reaches up to short range.

To use it in combat I would bait my enemy into close range or enter his close range by using a distraction. With this I could inflict some pretty severe painful damage with a direct hit.


Jugram then begins to mold more suiton chakra and releases it into the air. This causes water to materialize in the air and he then uses shape transformation to shape them into sphere shaped projectiles. With the three projectiles he created he motioned for them to strike at the three dummies used by his senpai.

The advantage to this is that you can use these attacks to throw your target off balance from a different angle. With this you could materialize them while running into short range and use them to distract your opponent forcing him to leave an opening for you to use a short range deadly attack with. Another advantage is of course it requires no hand seals so it can be used very quickly and while on the move.

The disadvantage is that this technique has no killing potential. It can be used to cause great pain though when a direct hit is made. This move makes for a lackluster final attack.

Tobirama puts a hand on the student, and a millisecond later, they both would be teleported to a new terrain. This time, they are at an ocean. A vast ocean. Nothing else but water from all sides, no land, no animals, nothing. Tobirama walks back, creating a fairly large gap between the two of about ten meters while activating his sensory technique. "Alright. To ensure you've learnt these techniques correctly, and because we've learned a whole lot of techniques thus far, i believe it's time to test what you know. We're going to battle. Feel free to make the first move."

While he stated this Jugram was already weaving his chakra into the water in hopes to distract his senpai. Without warning a giant whirlpool of water formed under him. At the same time Jugram's water clone wove the necessary hand seals to unleash a spiraling torrent of water. The water would form directly in front of the clone and shoot up into the air and then arc down to be directly above Tobirama.

With his chakra sensory abilities activated, Tobirama was able to take account for the chakra gathering underneath him. He allows it, curious as to what the student would create. Noticing the whirlpool begin to spiral inwards, Tobirama forms a single hand seal, and from his palm he creates a vortex of water that spun the opposite motion as the whirlpool. He blasted it towards the whirlpool before beings sucked in, which would neutralize the spinning motion of both and at the same time, push Tobirama upwards and to his right side from the force it exerted when Tobirama thrusted it to the ground. This allowed him to avoid the stream of water the clone created. Whilst mid-air, he would simply take out a kunai of his own to deflect the single kunai aimed to the right. Landing on the water unharmed, Tobirama creates a hand seal to summon a large lid, a solid one above the student, which if left undefended, should crush the student, and eventually drown him.

Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

After his senpai dodged his combination attack Jugram immediately noticed a massive shadow above him. Without even looking at it Jugram immediately focused his water chakra into his feet and dove down blending him with the water. Using this he propelled himself out of range of the falling earthen slab. Unfortunately for this his water clone was crushed and dispersed back into the ocean.

With the water technique at such close proximity around him, he would easily here the water create the spiraling motion and gathering at that area while his sensory abilities allowed him to know that something was forming behind him. In quick response, Tobirama claps his hands, creating a tornado of water which easily defends him from the water bullet from behind, while the top part of the area would cascade from below to create a wave that would hit the student. As it does, Tobirama launches a katana towards your location, aimed somewhere around your head. (Sensing abilities allowed him to find your location.)

Hope this doesn't kill...

The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Seeing his senpai effortlessly defend against the water bullet. As the massive vortex of water began to cascade down on him Jugram could only hope to escape by focusing his water chakra throughout his entire body. This allowed him to quickly change his form into water. The cascading water once again destroyed his clone (poor clones just dying like flies ;-; ). Due to his form being water he was effortlessly pushed back by the cascading wave, albeit unharmed.

I loved it, i thought it was very effective and offensive and I liked how you used the terrain to your advantage. Your second move was okay, though i'd like to point out that the water fang bullet would probably not kill me, however, it does have the power to break a bone or two from my back, depending on the area you hit. And the last one, i thought it was a perfect counter, and probably the only technique capable of countering my sword at such close proximity." Tobirama gave the student one thumbs up, and a simple "Good Job, you weren't half bad! :)" He then walked to a nearby boulder and sat on it, as he explained the next stages of training. "So now.. we go onto B-ranks. Same proccess as usual, I ask you to perform it, give some advantages/disadvantages and an extra thing, depending on what kind of technique it is. Any questions, before we move on?"
