And people say that Ace is underrated
someone who has basically no feats and has never used Kenbunshoku or Busoshoku haki in battle(he might no even have it) is going to beat someone who survived a battle with an admiral and shichibukai at the same time and who beat the person with the best Busoshoku haki shown in the manga so far.....I freaking love Ace but the fanboy is real in your post
I know right someone without even confirmed Busoshoku or Kenbunshoku Haki is going to beat Law when he neg diffed Vergo and held his own against fuuji and doffy people wank Ace so much it's ridiculous

Luffy (preTS) was portrayed as around equal with Law (Pre TS), and Luffy was said that he has second highest bounties only because Kid is so brutal, which indicate that one who is storongest and is Luffy.
Law didn't had badass trainer to train him and he even go to the new world right away, which mean that the gap between him and Luffy increased.
Luffy (post TS) is around strong as Jinbei, Ace was on that level 2/3 years ago. So I don't see much of a problem with his statament.
all your statements are invalid because 1.bounties do not estimate battle ability 2. Law, Kid, Luffy were all about equal in power pre time skip...I don't know where you got the idea that kid was weaker than luffy 3. We don't know what an all out post time skip luffy can do or Jinbei for that matter 4. Ace and Jinbei fought two years before the start of the series so they fought about 4 1/2 years ago how can you use their power from that long ago as a measurement for everything...
Base Teach was commander level and strong enough to put a scar on yonkou Shanks. He ate the strongest DF and worse match-up against DF users and Ace gave him a mid-high difficulty fight. Law is M3/Jimbe level a level Ace had as a rookie pirate and became much stronger later(2nd division commander of a yonkou). Not to mention that logias are Law's worse match-up. His devil fruit is close to useless against them. He would have to attack close with MES attack to defeat him and Ace is a physical monster above even Luffy, so he would stomp him. Law isn't there yet.

1. Yes, it isn't. BUT
2. We know that Luffy earned his bounties 'fair' with his strength, his bountie is represent of his strength and all opponentes he beat during his adventures. On the contrary, on top of that it was stated that Kid bounty is higher than Luffy only because he is so brutal. Which say that Luffy is actually stronger.
2. Yes, but just for the fact that both of them were around equal while not using full power that mean that there probably be equal with using their full power. There is no better estimation than that.
3. We know that at that time Ace was just 17/18 and most talented man in the series, after that he joined WBP and ofc he got a lot stronger. On the other side Jinbei is not talented as Ace, is already mature man and he wasn't trained to be PK.
