He said this is the accurate version of the databook. Basically his opinion

Tho I don't see what basis OP had to drop Sasuke in hand signs. Care to explain?

He used databook stats and changed few things but if he never updated anything thenhe should stop at chapter 409 because the last databook stopped there.
