Not accurate. Obito doesn't show a mastery in the ninja arts. nagato is terrible in strength, minato should be higher, and wheres jiraiya man? he had the highest score in the real data book (for good reason). also prime hiruzen had a perfect score because his actual score was a 5 in everything except things that decrease with age (strength, stamina etc)

Taijutsu: 4.5 (EMS precognition should drastically improve this)
Genjutsu: 5 (he gained the Mangekyou since then)
Intelligence: 4 (small boost)
Strength:3.5 (no change)
Speed: 5 (was 4.5 previously, he can now keep up with KM Naruto)
Stamina: 4.5 (he can spam his EMS jutsu)
Hand Seals: 4 (no change)
Total: 35.5

previous databook gave Kakashi 4.5 speed and now you give him 4? Kakashi should have 5 speed and 4.5 genjutsu now.
Gai only 4 at strengh? Even Choji has 4.5, Gai should have 5.
Sasuke only 4 genjutsu? Even Oro has 5... Sasuke need 5 genjutsu...

Hashirama sum isn't 38.
Naruto is ok.
In the last databook, Sasuke had 4.5 in speed, how he now have 4. I think he should have 5 after getting EMS, with MS and EMS i think he improved in Gen, he also had 4 in last, he can't have 3.5 now.
I don't think that Nagato will have that low stats. -.-
Minato is ok.
Tobirama didn't show any Gen feats and i don't think he is that good at taijutsu.
Killer B should have both 5 in speed and ninjutsu. He was faster than Sasuke (4.5).
Kakashi in the last databook had 4.5 in speed.
Well i don't think that Senju cells will increase Orochimaru's stats that much.
Sakura is ok.
