Is there an archive for threads created by your account?

I may want to delete some threads I created.

You can't just delete threads you created. It would reduce people's post counts too. Just ask mods to close them.

Use the searchbar to find your older threads.

Deleting threads = deleting other peoples posts = lowering post count for other members. So it's not very popular action. However you can see your most recent threads using "View your threads" option:

For older threads you can also use advanced search option. Report the ones you would like to delete and if they don't have anything worth keeping they will be removed.
