He was trying to use rasengan but ended up using Tailed Beast Bomb, now look at ashura's tailed beast bomb here:

Directly from Kishi himself , Ashura can use tailed beast bomb in other words he is the one who invented the rasengan not Minato , if ashura can do tailed beast bomb then he could do rasengan before . Why didn't we think of that?

So if SP decided to let Ashura do rasengan in the anime it makes perfect sense according to the manga and it doesn't contradict anything .

However It is said Minato created it so that means Ashura actually did not minato thats what kishi is trying to say from the panel.

Minato invented Rasengan. Naruto pushed it a step further adding Shape Manipulation, Senjutsu, or Tailed Beast chakra.

The manga did not imply Ashura created anything. What you are claiming is nothing more than a theory. It is not enough facts to support what you are claiming.

Tailed Beast Bomb can only be produced by the Bijuu.

You do know that a TSB can expand to the size of the Tailed beast Bomb right.

Here Juubito creates a giant TSB which looks like the TBB excpet that it's not moving, it's expanding. There is a difference.

First off let me ask you, show me the manga panel that states Ashura is a Jinchuriki because nowhere in the manga did I read that. It states he got his power from the friendship/bonds he made with people and was able to match Indra's power.

Second, please also don't say that he the first jinchuriki of Kurama or any jinchuriki of Kurama because that is his Avatar which sort of looks like the BM Naruto's avatar but it's different.
