aburame most definitely. you can't palm EVERY BUG ONE AT A TIME...it'll just be too much. plus, they have bug pillar jutsu. here's how the battle would go [lolx]
1. GO
2. aburame laces the ground with bugs
3. bugs swarm from underground, air, and ground
4. hyuuga rotates
5. bugs halt their assault until hyuuga stops rotation
6. bugs swarm
7. hyuuga rotates again
i mean...i'm guessing you'll get the point. you can't rotate forever
i'll give this one to aburame, easily
