Absorbing the Chakra.
Lets read the mechanics behind Sakura's punch.

When you release the Byakugou Seal it pretty much does the same thing.
But through out your body.

So logically, the chakra should either be moving to fast and forcefully to absorb, which was probably the case with Madara.

Or if someone bites into you, like Samehada, the force should break it's teeth.​

Didn't regneration negate the effects of the 8th gates, okay.
Isn't Tsunade's regneration faster than Madara's? Okay
Didn't base Sakura manga to damage the durable KAguya, and it had the same effect the 8th gate did on Madara. Breaking the horns? okay

I dont know what will happen exactly, when they extended the chakra it made the jutsu more powerful, they can't use the byakugou for healing others for some reason, so they may just explode.

They just run across my mind.
I imaged Samahada biting Sakura and her releasing her seal.
Naruto Seal being released broke Gentle fist, but Naruto's seal doesn't constantly have that pulsating effect like the byakagou does, which is why Samehada eats his chakra. But Sakura punch and the byakugou seal operate on the same mechanics

And Madara couldn't absorb rasenshirruken as much.

But it's constantly being expelled, hence instant regneration, which is what makes it different from the tailbeast..
