Cracking my knuckles in delight I testingly take a deep breath to test to what extend your kick has bruised my ribs. But luckily, apart from a slight tingling sensation, I assess that there's no actual damage. With a determine look on my face and narrowed eyes I shoot forwards towards the first practicing dummy, summoning a long chain from one of the seals on my bracers as I do. Closing in on my target, I unravel an end of the chain, throwing it towards the targets side. Just as the chain passes by the target, I zoom the other way around the dummy in a circular motion, joining up with the thrown end of the chain. I continue to race around the dummy with great speed, tightening the binds with every lap. As I feel the dummy's 'movements' being acceptably restricted, I appear right below it in a low position, immediately sending a high kick to it's chin causing it to shoot upwards, still bound by tightly by the chains. As quickly as my speed allows me, I appear above the dummy, pulling the chains as I do so, causing the dummy to spin around in random patterns, which should make escpaing that much harder and halt the speed of his descend, allowing me to quickly catch 'down' to him. As I get into range, still holding the other ends of the chains tightly, I smash my iron-clad fists against the dummy's torso, sending him flying downwards with even greater speed with every hit. My flurry of punches are but a blut to the naked eye, smashing against the dummy in seemingly random patterns, all aimed at his torso. Finally, I push myself slightly away from the dummy, performing a mid-air forwards summersault as I stretch out my left foot. The resulting downwards kick sends the dummy spiraling towards the ground with incredible speed, and I land safely on my legs in a low stance just as the dummy's body connects with the hard ground.
Not pausing for more than a second, I zoom towards the next dummy. As I get into range, I spin 360 degrees clockwise around as I prepare to delive an uppercut. Angling myself as to gain maximum momentum from my spin, I send the dummy flying upwards with great speed as my left fist connects with the bottom of its jaw. Without hesitating, I disappear in a blur of movement and reappears behind the dummy, in what would've been its blind angle. Quickly as a snake, I envelop the dummy in a bone crushing hug from behind, placing my arms at the soft area in front of the elbows, restricting its 'movements' as much as possible. With a single jerk and a twist, the both of us are send spiraling towards the ground, me trying to gain as much speed as possible by helping the rotation along with my body. Just before we connect with the ground, I release my hold and disappears in a blur of motion, appearing on the ground, skidding away from the point of impact as the dummy smashes head-first into the ground.
Fatigued and breathing hard from the two very demanding technique, I put a lot of power and speed into a single jump upwards, as I calculate the angle needed to hit a third dummy standing nearby. On my ascend, I try to hold my arms and legs as close to my body as I can, gaining as much speed and height as possible. But the second my descend begins, I raise my knees up to my chest, forming a human cannonball to gain as much speed as possible as I zoom towards the ground. Midways, I stretch my arms and legs out to their full extend, roaring a "BANZAI!" as I smash againt the top of the dummy, crushing it completely.
