Naruto storm 3 Review
Part 1 Ultimate Adventure: The ultimate adventure was broken up into 10 chapters, The first few where really enjoyable, but after the kushina/ minato flashback wich was full of emotion the game started goin down hill, with boring chapters such as ploting in the shadows or something like that.
Summary: I understand it was to explain the story more but at the beggining the dialouge was so engaging that i set my standars to high and these few chapters dissapointed me, but the game makes and amazing come back with the last two boss battles, they where both chalenging and rewarding.
Boss battles: the boss battles where top notch, even tough some could have been longer they where over all amazing and well done a definate upgrade to storm 2 and i hope it only gets better in the future.
Alternate Ending: the game had an alternate ending, i wont spoil for people who havent played the game but for those who have you know what im talking about.

ersonaly i found it pretty sastisfing having the mighty madara retreat from me after the ass wooping he took, and breaking tobis mask was nice, but it was a bit werid how it was a simple punch, I feel they picked the right path because if this hadent been done the game would probably only go to after the five kage summit ark to give a "good" ending, im not sure why people where mad about if they didint do this we would gate and ending with to much of a cliff hanger to wait another two years for the next game, and obviously they cant go to far up ahed of the anime/Manga because of spoilers, So overall aside from some cutscenes being to long and there not being manny side missions the adventure mode was supperb! 9/10
Online:Its broken.
Extended tougths online: There wasent to manny new characters other than jinchuriki and about three edo, and your usual new naruto and sasuke, it could definatly have use more charecters "caugh" swords mad "caugh" edo kage "caugh".
Battle system: the frame rate messes up somethimes but over time its been getting better, but the online has been uterly destoyed with it being "fixed" Now theres Less combos, wich makes characters less interesting, some combos are shorter, and theres manny cheap character who are easy to spam either grab jutsu or ultimate jutsu.
List of broken characters:Kiba, Masked Man, hanzo, Deidara, Tsuchikage, sage naruto, and sasuke, i wouldent count the pupet masters out either.
Overall the online feels like its to dull, kinda like the jump from halo 3 to halo reach for you halo players, yeah all three of you.
Overall the online needs some getting use to so i give it about a 5/10 for now but i will conitinue to explore it, FYI i was really good at generations but keep losing in this one.
Overall score: 8/10

Yes, the online is "shit" but i gurante that if you gatter a bunch of friends and make a tournoment or something you will have a bit of fun.

My personal opinion when it comes online the game seems to be have been balanced out rather well there is no longer any character that by itself outmatchs another. Some character's that where really slow in Generations have been speed up n some speed character's have been slowed down to make speed nearly even though there are a few that are faster then other's.
Not to mention character's such as Hidan & Maskedman have been nerffed so I don't see there use as often.To keep it simple spammer's can't really do much in storm 3 they have to relly on some forms of combo's now which is fantastic.
I also really like the new Turnamen't setting with the conditions it adds more difficulty to the matches.

I enjoyed it. My only gripe was how short the Nagato vs Naruto/Itachi battle was. I'll give you the bit on the ending of the game. After the birth of Naruto chapter it did get a bit redundant. Still it held my attention. Loved the comparison to Minato during the Obito battle.

online is so shit, its like the company just spamed every character that way. the combos are so fuking short and there is not left stick combo. hopefully they make a game that actually feels like a fighting game.
