Dude your manga panels prove nothing, there is no relationship between being the first to join and being the first mate.
It's like showing those panels and saying that both Zoro and Marco have hair, therefore are the first mate, so everybody with hair must be the first mate.
On a side note, Zoro has not been the confirmed first mate, and Marco is a division commander which follows a different hierarchy. The only confirmed first mates in One Piece are: Beckman, Mohji, Boo, Rayleigh, Okome, Jango and Sarkies.
Everybody else is just PURE SPECULATION, or just not true. and Pirates of the Caribbean ? Yeah maybe Walt f'ing Disney can back you up here.

For the record it has never been said who joined Rogers crew at what time, Rayleigh was the apparent first one offered to join but he declined, and who's to say Roger didn't already have a small crew. He had a bag on his back like he had just robbed somebody he may have had men to split it with or he may have been looking for someone with a boat aka Rayleigh to team with and escape. All we know is Rayleigh declined the initial invite, as of now we have no way to definitely say that Roger didn't get other crew members before Rayleigh decided to join him. Also Whitebeards' first crew member could have died and Marco could have then taken the First mate position. Though like most everybody else has told you(you just refuse to accept it) First mate does not = first joined.
As for the SH's first mate it's never been declared but Luffy granted Usopp rights to take over the ship if anything happened to him(if I can find or remember which chapter I will post it, anyone who can feel free to put it up here)
