I think Obito changed his voice over all the time in order to hide that he is NOT Madara ot at least to hide that he is Obito.

(He was even telling the Kage and Kisame to be Madara, didnt he? )

I can imagine when the anime comes to the moment the mask is dropping the voice actor of Tobi will change again.

(Maybe they go back to the voice actor of the goofy Tobi because at this time the voice seemed much younger.
However we do not know yet the identity of goofy Tobi so this is really just a guess.)

Kakashi has always had the same voice, in Kakashi Gaiden, in Kakashi puberty when the attack of Kyubi, and in Kakashi adult. And the same with Gai. The only one who has changed voice is Obito, so IMO his voice is the best and real one.

Changing voices in Naruto isn't unheard of. I recall Yamato changing his voice to match Sasori's when he was meeting kabuto. Since he was portraying Madara, he could have been trying to match his voice to fit the part more perhaps. Or it could just be how they decided tobi would sound. Either way, I don't think it will change. At least until the unmasking.

The voice is a problem. The voice actor cannot change just because of what we learned from the manga. I guess its possible that it will change once he is unmasked, but until then, it certainly won't change.

The bottom line, as others have said, is that Tobi was voice cast as Madara Uchiha. So it is going to be a problem for them to get a new voice actor. I guess its possible to cast the same actor and have him change up the voice a little from Tobi's, but clearly since Tobi was originally voice cast as Madara causes a dilemma in itself. I think we have all considered this at least once, its clearly a problem that Kishi had to let happen to keep his secret on the matter.

Damn whats so hard to understand, the animators know as much as we do story wise so at the time when they chose his voice they thought it was Madara.

I think he made up both Tobi and Madara voices, and when they anime the episode that shows that Tobi is actually Obito there will be a different voice maybe the same voice actor that did Obito's voice in the Kakashi Gaiden episode

Obito's voice was deep when he was still a kid, so it would get even more deeper when he's older. It's puberty. So, yeah, obviously it would be different. :shrug:

I mean: voices can be changed by anybody, but Chakra compound?
The only solution for this I could imagine is:
At that time Obito already fused with Zetsu and that made his Chakra structure changed.

Add: Or Obito just had a way to hide it.
(He must have hidden his Chakra all the time especially when meeting Kakashi)

Honestly the kid still holds a valid point, anime or not doesn't matter because it's still Obito in the end and you would think Minato would know the voice of his student. I don't care what the voice actor sounds like in japanese but in Kishi's manga the voice would still carry on to what he thinks he would sound like and Minato should recognize that so it does leave the question hanging.../
