about sasuke's amasterasu!!

well.we know sasuke get amasterasu from his brother. but why it's auto shoot on madara when sasuke saw his face? is madara a bad guy? anyone know alittle hint about his plan?

madara already explained it. Itachi wanted that they never meet in order for sasuke to turn back to konoha instead of hearing that konoha ordered the massacre and eventually planning to take revenge. so he used a jutsu to create this reaction when sasuke sees madara.
