Sasuke's arm is clearly compacted together and it's easily identified because it can be seen
overlapping with his biceps and is a bit shorter than Naruto's forearm.
Naruto's arm is more extended than Sasuke's and before you
shit out another crappy comment Sasuke is officially taller than
Naruto in part2 so it's pretty unlikely Naruto would simply have a longer arm than Sasuke.
