Without a doubt, the Perfect Susanoo is the same size as the Final Susanoo (Unstable).

The FS and the PS are the same size (bodily) if you add a lower body to the FS. The only difference is the jewel size.

With that being typed, the PS are not all the same size. Sasuke's and Obito's may be the same size, but Madara's is much bigger.

Larger masses of Chakra give larger Susanoo. Sasuke was only 18 in that battle and had no cells from Hashirama with the large powers and masses you could gain. So an older Sasuke in his Prime is a whole lot stronger than any form of Madara.

That right there is half Kurama, there wasn't a size change between that and BM. There IS (I think) a size difference between the mass Senjutsu boosted Avatar and Kurama's Avatar.
