you need 600000 storm points

and the best way to do that is to change the difficulty to very hard and do vs mode

i dont know how to get the others

u have to talk to the 2 frogs at mount myoboku and pray to that budda statue to get hokage naruto.
gray suit sasuke unlocks after the itachi boss fight i think.
