About Naruto Chapter 571

So i was bored and decided to re read the previous chapters. When i came across this. In Chapter 571 we see naruto transform into that bijuu mode, also the kyuubi telling him that they only got 5minutes in that state because there body link isn't complete yet.

so I'm Guessing naruto is the one thats all SoP like, Right?.
So here's my question, On chapter 571 Page 12 top right panel, Naruto is in Sage mode saying he found all the rods.

and since Naruto is the one thats all SOp like. does it mean the other naruto could possible be the kyuubi, but why is he in Sage Mode?. could it be a Manga error. Just having trouble understanding that chapter on whos who Lol.

Any thoughts
