I think its obvious that Law isn't dead. If Law was dead Oda would've showed his body but now all we have is DD's word. Oda wants us to start asking questions but Law isn't dead.

Agreed. Law has important role to perform, plus he's one of the supernovas, known as Surgeon of Death. He will be a great ally of Luffy. : )
