Minato is way better at chakra manipulation than Naruto IMO.

If only your opinion mattered . Not to be rude but if naruto can make chakra arms from his back to grab his dad while having another one grab sasuke while being choked and his dad (a genius) cant form chakra arms then Naruto is better at it.

Narutos chakra control has improved exponentially as well. Was good enough to protect ever member of the alliance while fighting

How can Naruto make chakra arms? When did he learn how to make them?
If he can make them without any training, then so can Minato.
He wouldn't be a hokage if he didn't have a good chakra control. He invented rasengan after all. And it requires a good chakra control.

Throughout the series Naruto's chakra control improved. Even while havinh the fox work against him in that regard. He showed improvement and was able to start forming one handed rasengans in the war. Which is like the epitome of chakra control. Minato is good. Naruto has shown to be much better though.

This... Minato never knew it was Obito, and now he is fighting against his dear student that he won't try to fight but to help him, even though that's the reason why he could not stay focused.

Deal with it. Only haters say Minato could not do something because Minato was busy talking and he never actually fought a real fight against Juubito, however he only wanted to save him from darkness.
