well if naruto had half of kurama in him then why did gaara have full shukaku
Why?

Shikaku had 1 tails. ex. 100 power points.

Kyuubi had 9 tails. ex. 900 power Points.

there is a huge power diference thats why.
WOW you two really need to go back and do some reseach about this.

Its is common knowledge to most of us that Minato sealed half of the kyuubi's chakra inside Naruto and half inside the Reaper Death Seal. SO thats why, until we are proven otherwise, Naruto only has half of the Kyuubi's chakra sealed within him.

Gaara, on the other hand, did not have the Ichibi's chakra split in half before it was sealed inside his body. So why wouldn't Gaara have the full Shukaku?

Make sense?

Right he was tired that jutsu is taxing the third was through after.sealing two kages and two arms.
No, he said that "it is physically and conceptually impossible to completely seal it all" (chapter 503, page 17). I don't think that was due to his tiredness. My guess either (or all):

1. His own chakra was not strong enough to seal it all - makes sense, otherwise Konoha would have made him the host, and not go through the trouble of bringing Kushina in.

2. He was not able to seal it all within himself without help - generally the sealing involves multiple people and additional Jutsu's (sealing pods, etc.), but this was an emergency situation.

Also there was no way to tell how much of the fox could be tolerated by Naruto - other hosts were tested for compatibility ahead of time. So he sealed as much as he could within himself first, and only gave the leftovers to Naruto...

So i just read through the chapters and anime, and there is something that bothers me about the sealing the chakra in half, minato clearly states that "It is just physically impossible to seal all of it", wouldn't that mean it happened to every other Jinchuriki?:shrug:
No,Kushina and Mito carry the full power of the fox but Naruto was an infant you can't train new borns to carry and control the fox,Kurama full chakra. Mito and Kushina had training not Naruto.

Pretty sure Minato was referring to the fact that Shiki Fujin apparently can only seal so much chakra away. It's not that the Kyubi can't be sealed away, but that even if he could, properly sealing away all of Kurama and its chakra almost certainly would have taken more time and preparation, things he didn't have. Just think about how long it takes for Akatsuki to unseal a Tailed Beast. It takes much longer than to seal one most definitely, but I doubt sealing away a Tailed Beast can be accomplished. Perhaps the Dead Demon Seals' strength was that it could seal things away quickly if need be.

I think its option two seeing how many people it took to seal the eight tails but at the same time chiyo sealed the one tail alones. I think it has a lot to do with what sealing is used and how proficient the person is in the particular technique.
