I see your point, not everyone gains EMS, while Uzumaki can become Jinchuuriki.

Well truth be told anyone can become Jinchuuriki, if they don't mind dying. There are facts that only those who are compatible can be Jinchuuriki, I believe when Gaara was born small it was stated by one of the adults. There is also with the previous 8 Jinchuuriki who knew he was going to die and he stated only those compatible can become successful Jinchuuriki.
I would post chapter but I don't know which chapter it is.

Nope, B's village had failed to seal the bijuu within multiple people before succeeding with B, when Minato sealed Kurama's chakra within himself he couldn't move due to the sheer mass and power, yet Naruto as a baby contained it with 0 effects unlike him and Gaara.
Being a Jinchuuriki requires special chakra and a special body that Uzumaki naturally have which is why 3 of them in a row have become the host of the strongest bijuu with no problem. Claiming anyone can be a Jin is like claiming anyone can be a JuubiJin, certain requirements are needed that very few people outside the Uzumaki lineage have.
Which is why being a Jinchuuriki is considered genetic, being a host means you have large amounts of chakra within you, the more chakra you have the more stamina you need to control it as stated by Kakashi in part 1. Uzumaki have the highest stamina, superior sealing and the stronger bodies which therefore makes them naturally made to use bijuu chakra at a high level like their ancestor.
Their expertise in sealing is also genetic because their talent comes from Hagoromo, they're naturally prodigious with fuin jutsu and don't need much training or understanding of how seals work. Naruto made the Torii seal on his own with no prior experience yet it was compared to the Sage's sealing ability.
Not all of them can awaken the Sharingan, it's limited to a select group of people

@SenseiSama to be fair Minato used the death reppear jutsu, which is a suicide jutsu and lets not forget Minato did heavy taxing jutsu like teleporting Kurama Bijuu bomb and battling Obito.
Agreed only those compatible are able to become Jinchuuriki, while those not compatible knows they die before time. I wonder how the Jinchuuriki knows if they are compatible or not.
In Madara time we see many Uchiha with Sharingan, which looks like plenty of Uchiha gains Sharingan. I don't know why for Sasuke time it became rare.
