About EMS

Well I created this thread to talk about EMS, here are the things we know about EMS.

1st the Uchiha brothers had mangekyou sharingan, then Sasuke and Madara implanted which got EMS
2nd the only known Uchiha to gain EMS are indra trasmigrants

We are told by Itachi that swapping eyes doesn't grant EMS, but we don't know how the Uchiha were swapping eyes, we don't know if they unlocked sharingan or mangekyou sharingan.

We don't know if both Uchiha brother unlocked mangekyou sharingan when swapping eyes.

Isn't there anything official like in the guidebook or databook about how EMS is gained?

Madara and Izuna already awaken MS even before Izuna die.

I think the majority of Uchiha members that tried to awaken EMS actually never awaken MS first. They just hope their sibling normal Sharingan eyes(3 tomoes) that they swapped with will gave them direct EMS when they awaken it one day. In the end they failed.

Best explanation is probably itachis. Idk if both eyes need to be MS or basic tomoe. Also only siblings I believe

Keep in mind MS is rare. Only 6-7 confirmed MS users. Not a lot of opportunities to gain ems over the years. As far as we know Madara and Izuna were first after Indra. So what Itachi said was correct. Swaping MS eyes between clansmen will give your EMS. Which was why Itachi was confident either him or sasuke could achieve ems

Itachi said he could unlock ems. He wasn't at all surprised when Sasuke obtained it. There have been around 7 MS users since indra not a lot of swapping/ interaction between them lml. Also keep in mind u need MS to read the tablet that tells you how to get ems

EMS is Indra's power, transmigrants don't have Rikudou chakra which is a variant of Senjutsu and as a result their body can't handle the potency of Mangekyo chakra like the child of a JuubiJin would.

Madara and Sasuke were the only ones to awake Indra's power because they were the only transmigrants in Uchiha history to have a sibling with equal eye power. Madara and Izuna were stated to be equals, Itachi and Sasuke both shared Amaterasu and unlocked Susano'o.

What's interesting is that Itachi had the stronger genjutsu while Sasuke had stronger ninjutsu, but both of them shared Amaterasu which was implied to be Indra's technique. In addition, when Sasuke transplanted Itachi's eyes he stated he could feel Itachi's power growing.

From what it seems transmigrants are born with half of Indra's potential and need the other half from a sibling with equal dojutsu ability and strength due to their lack of strong body and Rikudou chakra. It also might be possible that the siblings themselves could awaken EMS.

Well your right both Madara and Izuna had mangekyou sharinga unlocked, then Madara got Izuna eyes. As for Sasuke, Itachi had mangekyou sharingan for many years, then Sasuke gained mangekyou sharingan sharingan which then he got Itachi eyes to become EMS.

I don't believe in the whole Indra only getting EMS, I was stating the possibilities. Both Sasuke and Madara have in common, both brothers had Mangekyou Sharingan unlock before doing transplant to get EMS.

I believe any Uchiha can gain EMS if both brothers have Mangekyou sharingan then transplant each other eyes.

I believe if Itachi got Sasuke eyes, Itachi wouldn't get EMS, not because of the whole Indra thing, but because Sasuke didn't have mangekyou sharingan. Now if Sasuke had mangekyou sharingan at the time, then yes Itachi can get EMS.

To make it simple:

Itachi = mangekyou sharingan
Sasuke = mangekyou sharingan

The problem is lets say had Sasuke not awaken Mangekyou sharingan, would Sasuke even have EMS by getting Itachi eyes? That right there is my point.

I know its possible that only Indra transmigrant are the only ones to gain EMS, but its possible also that both brothers needs to have Mangekyou sharingan awaken to have EMS the both of them.

What's fanfic when only madara and sasuke unlocked ems and only they had the straight tomoe and bz even said he changed the text and the uchihas played out his plan like puppets and how aren't the uchiha foolish? The main ones all go crazy about some bullshit madara went crazy after his brother got killed but he could have ended the war since he was the leader it's his fault. Obito went crazy about a girl he never even boned and sasuke had so many different paths it's a shame

Well I was hoping maybe a guidebook or databook, might mention something about EMS or maybe something like the Daizenshuu.

The problem is as far as I know there nothing official, its only speculation. But so far in both Madara and Sasuke case they have something in common, the brothers had MS and where Indra whether that is coincident or not we don't know.

It's weird that in Narutobase you think I am a alt, I been a member in neoseeker for many years yet I never got accused of being a alt, the same goes for Gamefaqs. In neoseeker I am called super michael, as for gamefaqs I chose supermichael11 why can't remember. I always believe 1 account is enough for a forum so members can know each other.

I am not one of the best debaters when it comes to Naruto, I make many mistake, but that how a novice becomes a pro, asking questing, doing debates and having fun. The most important thing is respecting members, there is no such thing as a stupid opinion, anyone opinion is good. Heck if everyone had the same opinion then there be no debate and the forum would be dead.

What makes debating fun is member exchange opinion, but it is only fun if each members respect each other. Even if opinions are different and even if members disagree, there nothing wrong with that.

And what of it proves that only Indra's incarnations can possess EMS? Hmm interesting, but I think its unlikely. While its true Kakashi and Obito were able to evolve their sharingan to Mangekyou sharingan, getting EMS seems different. Getting EMS seems to require both brothers or sister to be born with their own sharingan and gain Mangekyou sharingan and then implant each other eyes.

Sakura wasn't born with Sharingan and doesn't have any brother or sister with Sharingan neither.
