Not sure on the certain time frame, but a baby/fetus/zygote is not alive to be considered murdered. A week old baby will not even be developed enough to "live" outside the mother. Now if all this is formed, then yes it would be murder.

No it's more morally wrong to deny the mother the choice, than it is to kill non-sentient a parasite.

I am a firm believer that after the brain develops, abortions should be rejected, but before that they should be allowed.
