Not really sure which attack you are referring to. As I said Jozu attacked Crocodile of his own accord, that was not DD manipulating Jozu in any way. Only when Jozu wanted to attack again, DD stopped him, but that's it. Essentially DD ambushed Jozu while he was fighting someone else on a chaotic battlefield and it's unlikely he would be able to restrain him that easily when they would be facing each other.

My point was that this was only a very brief scene that means little to nothing and that it's absurd that that is used to determine the result of a random match-up in 2 vs 2 fight. Then you are forcing ABC logic on OP.

I was talking about the attack that Dofy landed on Jozu. I am agreeing with you while adding the point that it was a sneak attack. These guys are so close together in strength too, if it was someone like a yonkou then those sneak attacks would’ve failed (a healthy yonkou).

Eh, Jozu was literally looking in the same direction Doflamingo was standing in when Doflamingo caught him with the threads. Doffy also caught him before he reached Crocodile, and Doffy was standing pretty close to him. If Jozu was running directly towards Doflamingo instead, the exact same thing would have happened. You can't ambush somebody when you trap them while they're looking and moving in your direction.

Both One Piece and Naruto don't use A-B-C logic until it comes to superior, superior, top tiers, more so in Naruto than in One Piece.

White Beard could beat Kaido in a fight yet still lose to Bartholomew Kuma in a straight on fight, haki regardless, ending in Kuma repelling every thing instantly, devastating White Beard.

Perfect example of least A-B-C involved scenario.

Naruto entered the Goku arena moment when Juubi Jins started arrival the scene.

Still, Naruto's top tiers are demolished by the Totsuka Sword and genjutsu like Tsukuyomi and Kotoamatsukami and techniques, so it's not entirely so.

Crocodile was Jozu's target because he was aiming for WB's head. He hit him, blew him backwards quite a bit and then immediately went in for a 2nd attack. Only just before that DD was able to restrain him.

DD wasn't Jozu's target and again it was a chaotic, smokey battlefield. It's not because we can see DD standing in a panel that Jozu was able to and it's highly debatable how close DD actually was. That could have just been the result of the angle the panel was drawn, not to mention the human eyes by default don't have a clear, wide field of vision. Only what you directly focus on is sharp and this is even more the case when you're running as that creates tunnel vision. Jozu was focusing on Crocodile and rushing towards him. The only way he could have spotted DD, was if either he decided to look left and right for some reason or DD decided to jump in Crocodile's lap.

So that DD would have been able to restrain Jozu that easily if Jozu would have been aiming at him, is baseless and highly unlikely and this just brings me back to my original point: this is really something insignificant, but people forcefully try to milk this out just so they could make 'accurate' statements of who would win from who in completely random match-ups.

Both series are similar with abc logic. Battles including similar strength characters are very situational and come down to who can elevate themselves in the middle of the battle. Perfect example is luffy vs dogtooth. Large gaps in power reduced the battles being situational.

Kuma isnt repelling whitebeards quake, he would've. Would've been an easy win for navy if he could've. All of luffys pain, zoro had to take, still doesn't = 1 wb punch

Actually it's stated kuma can repel everything. Kuma has never failed to repel anything he has come across.

Look at it this way, there's too much to repel, for example, the amount of time it took to give enough power to take on oars Jr. He won't have that much time, and he would need more than double the power

I don't believe Katakuri needs Cracker to defeat Mihawk, Kata would mid-high diff Mihawk and most of the other Warlords. ABC logic is more common in Naruto than One Piece IMHO.

Sorry but naruto is the least ABC logic anime like ever.

Tobi can beat basically anyone with kamui. But there's minato

Naruto can beat every akatsuki member with BM (besides obito) but wait, there's kisame.

SM Kabuto would destroy anyone lower than Madera, and hashirama, but then there's itachi lol

Gaara was able to beat the strongest mizukage ever who rivaled and killed muu, but deidara beat gaara, and deidara would be mid, to no diffd by those kage
