Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shapt of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.

As the opponent reaches him, the user strikes the falling opponent in the back with his Chidori, and then lets the helpless victim falls off.

i start off by focusing a minimum amount of raiton chakra through out my bod, and then channel the raiton chakra towards my hands. I then thrust hands towards your location, and i release it from my hands without any hand-seals nor compressing/condensing, creating bolts of electricity. the minimum amount of chakra allows it to reach up to mid-range
