Zoro has both arms 
You can see it on the wallpaper! He still has three swords! You can see three scabbards at his right hip and two are empty, so he is holding his Sandai Kitetsu in his left hand :T_T: you can see its blade through Luffy's legs
And his hair is badass!

There are a lot of things that can be discussed:
for instace the bartender said the "four emperors" considering it has been 2 years I doubt he's still referring to the time of WB, so there's probably a new Yonkou.
Who's the new fleet admiral?
Whichi Supernova's are still left as according to the bartender there are still some?
But above all the picture of fake Robin and the cucumber was just extremely disturbing ._.

I know I'm going to get dogpiled by OP fans - especially Cali and Mugi xd - for saying this, but IMO it was boring and an over-used storyline, though I am glad OP is running again, since it is one of the funnier manga ^x^
Then what did you expect? This chapter was just needed to "attach" the period of two years ago and the present with each other and to introduce all the main characters again.
Nothing special happened, though that doesn't make it instantly boring. Apparantly I'm the only person on NB who likes "normal" chapters. Whether it's Naruto, OP, FT or Bleach, if there's not something outrageous or an epic battle takes place, it's instantly boring ~_~*
