What happens when gamabuta uses his bijuu sized toad water bullet and super amplifies his lighting to shock him instead like shika did vs kakuza? then what and no Rikage wont dodge the bullet because J-man will oil the ground all around them.

Wow really Kakashi? My logic is better than using speed for an excuse. Jiraiya can penetrate the shield if the likes of Sasuke can. So i'm just stating that Jiraiya won't get killed by a Raiton A.

As was shown with Sasuke penetrating A's defense, and the 3rd Raikage penetrating his own defense, a powerful/high ranked piercing raiton technique can pierce the armor. Sasuke had a technique that just happened to be capable of it.

With slow speed and no defensive jutsu, it would be an open house for lariats, liger bombs and gullotine drops. Lightning armor can defend almost any jutsu jiraya has. I dont think he can win....
