With slow speed and no defensive jutsu, it would be an open house for lariats, liger bombs and gullotine drops. Lightning armor can defend almost any jutsu jiraya has. I dont think he can win....

Jiraiya sage mode genjustu will kill A, he can use senjustu to evade A 's attack, (Even Naruto avoided third raikages best fastest attack)
Frog katas have power to topple A.
He can create Damn swamps to slow down A
He can summon toad stomoch to capture A, like he did to itachi and kisame
He has gamabunta, Raikage has no summons
After some fighting A will lose chakra and Jiraiya is Sage
ultimately A will be defeated.

Are you guys kidding me...Sage mode takes prep. His 4.5 speed matches in Sasuke but Sasuke has an edge plus sharigan. Everyone knows how A fights. Jiraya can't keep up with him. I like Jiraya but he will his head blown off in an instant. Jiraya in sage mode would still get his head blown off by V2 A.

Don't use 3rd Raikage as an example he is no where near A's speed.

A speed is to much for jiraiya. Maybe if he could go into sage mode he would get the chance but he would never get that chance. A could get around all his jutsu. Even if he got the chance to summon A could get around the summon in an instant and attack. Sage mode would never be an option.

He could just always hide in Toad's mouth as he prepares Sage Mode. Are you implying that Jiraiya the one that almost found a way to defeat Pain. Will lose to the Raikage the one that almost got torched by Sasuke?
