a weird question

okay, in gym class, we were playing kickball with boys vs girls. the coach the n handicapped us: girls kicked first, they had 6 extra points and each girl could kick twice and if the ball bounced off a wall and a girl caught it, the guy who kicked it is out. my question is why do women fight for equal rights as men and then have all these special rules for them in sports when playing against guys?

Your exaggerating all this. Those are not the basic rules of a basic kickball game, only your coach set it up for some reasons. Btw. women fought/fight for to be acknowledged as same as man, as they are capable to be able to complete tasks like man, but all these are ethical issues. I think women in these days, are more then acknowledged then they so post to be

That's because most teen girls suck utterly at sports. In the school year during my gym class 90% of the girls if not more were lazy when it came to gym. They never tried at all and for sports they sucked badly. When it came to kickball only the ones who were in a sport actually did good. Those who were lazy at most kicked the ball to the pitcher.

Girls who don't like sports shouldn't need to try for gym. The coach made those rules because he knew the guys would win the game no matter the handicap pretty much. Get a team of girls that are on sports team and you'll see a different result.

all good opinions but my question is why women fight for equal rights as men and then feel good when people set all these handicaps. the handicaps are just a nice way to say: you suck, so i am gonna try and make it impossible for the other team to win out of pity.

These are not standard rules. Your coach just wanted to give the girl team some training and practice by making them play with physically stronger group. he probable reason behind those rules was that the girl teams moral doesn't get down if the score if the winning margin turns out too high.

If you are going to compare male and female by their physical capacities then males have natural advatage as they have more upper body strengh and more mussels/fat ratio. it's simple biology. When two people have equal skills, one with more physical power is going to win.

its totally different though, women asked for equal rights not so they could play with men in sport but to get the same pay as the men did
do the same work/job as man did back in the day

they wernt fighting for a position on a mens kickball team they wanted equal rights so the fairness on which men used to be superior, get more money, get better jobs and supporting their families

naw, my point is women fought to be equal as men? so why then though they have special rules against men? i mean, if you say men are better than women, they get angry and then when it comes to this kind of stuff, they want men to be handicapped. it defeats the purpose for equal rights doesnt it
