A Vs. Garra

This might have been made before (search button never works.) but a lot of people are repeatedly claiming that Garra is stronger than A. I want to setlle this once and for all because I am sick of people saying "Garra is stronger" "No A is stronger." So who wins?

Grassy plain Distance doesn't really matter unless over 100 yards. I am gonna say 100 yards

Gaara's sand could protect him from A's attacks. Gaara's sand was fast enough to shield him from Amaterasu. Although A was faster than Amaterasu, there's still a good chance it could block A.

Aside from that, Gaara's offensive capabilities don't even have to be questioned.

As long as he can protect himself from A's attacks he should be able to catch A. It doesn't matter how fast A is. Unless A can keep off the ground the entire fight (which he can't) Gaara could capture his feet with the sand he's standing on.

Gaara fought Kimimaro on a grassy plain, yet he was able to make the entire ground his weapon. Keep in mind he's a Kage now. He can do much more than before.
