I charge my chakra into the ice around me, then with high concentration i use shape meditation and make while charging it with great chakra and gather it into one spot as it rise up in the shape of a dragon with concentration and chakra charge it attacks that mountain releasing its great power through it.

Focus my chakra into two spots within the ice near me, then with great concentration i make that two huge chakra charged spots rise up in the form of two spiral of ice, and by using shape meditation i make them both get shaped to be in two black dragons form so it attacks the hill over there.

Great, i will never master the ice 
I close my eyes and concentrate, fusing myself within the ice around me on the ground with great meditation, then with charging all of my chakra into the ice and with great focusing i make it rise up in the shape of two spiral blizzards that i with huge concentration and chakra charging uses shape meditation making it look like black dragons which attacks that ice mountain and destroy it.

ok I close my eyes and gather all of my concentration into the ice as i fuse my soul within it, then charge my chakra into the ice and with incredible speed makes it rise up as two blizzard, then and continue using shape meditation concentrate the two blizzards into spiral black dragon with speed make it hit the hill over there, then fall down and faint because of the focus i tribute for that attack.
then wake up and do it again.

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

I set down, and charge all my ice chakra, then release it into the air serounding your clones , then focus it into 21 points, 12 near the ground serounding them and 8 to cover them up and one on the top of it all, making a dome that looks like a half moon in high speed, then charge them and concentrate them into there points with using shape meditation creating stong ice mirrors that i keep charging them with chakra and make them more perfect, then i fuse my body within them, creating a shadow of myself into eachv one of them making your clone unable to know where am i, and with great speed i attack you clone with my kunai in my hand cutting through them and return to the mirrors without being spotted.

Taijutsu I don't think so as you'd have trouble maintaining chakra while kicking up and stuff

how about using this jutsu with my clones, so that when i strike they keep the jutsu working and the opposite?
I don't understand something, how could the ice explode ? i mean its ice! or is it explode in ice enormous growth or what?
I make the mirrors with great concentration around your clones, then, charge them with huge amount of chakra and with concentration i release the chakra within the mirrors detonating them into a huge explosion that i release myself from the mirror a second before making all of your clone suffer such a horrible end U_U, how was that xd .
