Oh, well being a perfect Jin isn't the only way. He could use the techniques that Jiraiya taught him; either stop the flow of chakra in your body completely, or overpower it. Since his chakra strength is godly, he might be able to.

More like possibly a certainty. Senjutsu is an outside source you draw in, thus you could use it to disrupt genjutsu chakra and Killer Bee stated harmonized jinchurikis are immune to genjutsu.
