A thought about the new chapter possibly linking Tobi and Kakashi

I find it a bit odd that Tobi says this. "even if you put off dealing with the issue by conveniently using t he word hope the hollow reality is just there waiting. Both the ones who entrusted, and the one who was entrusted with, will just be hollow"
In both panels it shows Tobi in one and Kakashi in the other as if to imply it was talking about both. And Kakashi is kinda hollow to a point about not being able to save the ones close to him and the panels before were talking about Kakashi's regrets so this kinda implies again Tobi and Kakashi are linked somehow and I'm not going to Use the O word but Yeah its there.
