lol the one thing that pulled me to the pic is the text, for an instance I thought it was vibrating for some reason xD but I like it though
hmmm, Render doesn't match the color of the smudged background or call it whatever you want it, there are other things but I wouldn't judge them randomly U_U

uhm...super cool? no way....but for your first time using the smudge tool i guess u did well
try smudging the edges of the render also to make it blend better with the background.
bottom line u need a lot more practice before u can make a really cool sig

to answer all of your comments, what i did was copy the layer with the soldiers, and i smudged it. then i put an additional blank layer behind all of that and colored it red and blue, and smudged that also. thats how i got the effect of the background looking like a piece of cloth (although it didn't come out that well )
Also, i tried to make tha faces clearer, but it was a small render.
the only reason i called it super cool was because it was the first thime i ever used the smudge tool, and i spant a long time trying to make it work.
