Ok. Im not very sure if the answered was not revealed. BUT. as we seen. the Dragon balls can wish planets back etc. So.............. why didnt vegeta (Instead of Avenging the saiyan race) Wish his race back alive?... U_U

Because vegeta never got the chance to make any wish. Each time a wish was made, Vegeta was far far away.

I think it was if 20 years or more has elapsed then you can't revive. You could apply this to the restoration of planets.

Vegeta was obsessed with getting his own power so that he could kill frieza to avenge his race. He didn't know much about the dragon balls and only wanted one wish to do that. After the Frieza saga, he met Bulma and therefore, bringing back a race of people who's only real goal is to wipe out planets becomes a bad idea if you like someone on a planet that was already targeted twice.

He didn't actually care about his family or fellow saiyajins. He only cared about how his race were humiliated and then wiped out by Freiza, because it hurt his pride.

At the time Vegeta actually cared more about his own power than the lives of the weak. I believe when He and Nappa learned of the dragonballs Nappa suggested reviving Raditz but Vegeta would rather wish for eternal life to gain more power. Vegeta even killed Nappa when he proved to be too weak to defeat Goku.

The reason that has been stated in this forum was that if its over a year since someone died they can not be wished back as stated in the manga. But there is a major plothole for this thanks to the Namekian Dragonballs.

For example when Krillin, Yamcha, Piccolo, Tien, and Chiatzou all died they were wished back at different times using the Namekian dragonballs which granted wishes every Namekian year which I can't remember exactly but I think it was only like 90 days.

So Toriyama created a plothole its not severe but its still there. And besides it's Dragonball every comes back to life eventually after dying!!
