[Discussion] A possible plot hole?

Does anyone find it strange that Orochimaru is caught in the IT when he is currently possessing a zetsu and the other zetsus are unaffected by it? Of course I suppose it could still be reacting to his own chakra I suppose and due to the zetsu and his shedding skin technique as well as snake eyes, he may be able to break out of it. Furthermore, it appears that though they were constructed by the same things, Spiral zetsu and black zetsu appear to be differing entities from the white zetsus. Black zetsu is also Madara's will infused with his chakra while spiral has no eyes.

Madara could have specifically excluded the Zetsus, and not Orochimaru.

hmm... maybe he slithered or reverse summoned away... but the other Zetsu aside from Obito(Madara/BlackZetsu) are used as sacrifices for the Edo Tensei and none of the Edo are genjutsu'd.. Zetsu spawned from the Gedo Mazou though. "that changes things"

In my opinion in the next few chapters there will something be going on with orochimaru.
The last chapters did not contain orochimaru. The greatest genjutsu of all time starts to activate and all we see is hinata and orochimaru and some of the K11. There definetly will happen something with oro .. probably he can help ? Maybe he will Show his motives ?

I was also wondering how sime1 as badass as oro could get caught....but then i was remembered that genjutsu kinda is his weakness ...i mean a 13years old itachi solod him neg diff also i think madara can control and exclude whoever he qanta since his casting the jutsu

White zetsu is Hashirama's clone and I'd say Spiral is too but is possessed by either the Shinju or Kaguya's conscious.

I don't think that would matter cause of that was the case then you would just have to close your eyes in order to not be affected by IT. And btw who is the guy in your sig? I know he's from star wars and I've seen that video but idk who he is.

I wondered the same thing. I thought for sure he would have a power up given he absorbed Zetsu, who is made from Senju DNA.

Actually it is a fact. He's controlling a body with eyes, he himself does not have eyes at the moment. You think BZ can't control a possessed body? He's already controling an unconscious one.
