Actually it is a fact. He's controlling a body with eyes, he himself does not have eyes at the moment. You think BZ can't control a possessed body? He's already controling an unconscious one.

The eye is still a sharingan and visible however and doesn't appear to be effected by the genjutsu. I don't see any facts in there, only uncertainties.

You are wrong. There is no visible eye this chapter while the IT is going off. BZ himself has no eye while possessing another body. Ergo, BZ is unaffected and is most likely controlling an IT body.

Right, Madara placed the eye in black zetsu only for zetsu to remove it in the next chapter. I'm not seeing the logic here and I don't see how you have any proof that he doesn't have eyes when he possesses people. There's nothing to validate that and how do you know he isn't just closing his eyes, it's a mistake or the scan was poor?
