I was following up a tutorial and this is what i got, please give me some tips so i get awesome at this ^^​

Get rid of da scanlines.The background looks kind of plain and to me the BG doesn't blend in with the render.

Is that supposed to be sig?

It is too plain and scan line doesnt normally fit in sig. So get rid of it

I like it, but it does need more life as others said. Make it rain!
