The way I interpreted that scene was that it was only a symbolic drawing of the two and that in the actual battle there was no sun or moon present. It was just Hagoromo's way of establishing their dichotomy.


Even still, if there were two moons in NV. Then how come we've never seen it except in Hagoromo's version of the story?
