First one is totally bad, no light source, no lighting at all, C4Ds are being used badly, set them on either lighten or screen (best formats I recommend for them), blending is bad too, no flow, no depth, so chaotic.
Second one is also bad, lighting is messed up, not light source, awful blending, lacks flow and depth, madness in colors and horrible use of C4Ds, =/
It's only text that's better, but don't always stick to white, also, don't use blending options on them too, unless if you want the text to have a style, such as iron text or something like that, there are tutorials for text, check them out
