Yeah but my question is how much does this affect his role in the movie. It's obvious that he wanted to develop the Hyuga who had so much praised during the manga but what about Tonneri, I heard that the castles in the different dimensions belong to him. Were the castles drawn by Kishi out of his own volition or was it a semi- prepared foreshadow of a character whom Studio forced?
well nobody knows anything for sure, the movie was done 2 years ago so maybe at that time Kishi started including some details the movie staff already created for the movie (to make it look more epic or intense) but i'm not sure about it except for the new villain.
i think Toneri is one of these not Kishi's original idea because in the manga, Kishi destroyed Kaguya whom is a goddess, like a piece of shit from outerspace and she was basically introduced to us in a very bizarre way, like a bunny jumping out of a hat indeed lol
maybe the movie staff told him "hell no it's not gonna work with our script because we need a male villain to make Naruto go berserk to save his lover and to kidnap both females from the Hyuga clan...kill that cray-cray lady asap so we can introduce another character".
