it says i need a browser enabled with msn messenger. how can i get that??

I'm assuming you clicked on an MSN icon under someone's name:

Send Message Via MSN to SomeMember ([email protected])
Add [email protected] to your contact list
Send [email protected] a message
Please note that these functions require that you be logged into either MSN Messenger or Windows Messenger. You will not be able to send messages to the email address that you are logged into MSN/Windows Messenger with.

And, then got this:

The MSN Messenger / Windows Messenger / Live Messenger functions only work when launched from Internet Explorer on a system with the Messenger application configured and running.
