erm lets think the first technique is this one:
(Suiton: Mizu Kasuihou) - Water Style: Water Spike Cannon
Rank: S

Range: Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80 (+10 for debree)
Description: the user creates a a large cannon of rotating water and shoots it at the enemy. the user then manipulates the chakra and creates spikes that protrude out of the sides and rips at the ground adding debree and rocks causing extra damage to the opponent.
Note: Must use water source to perform jutsu
Note: Can only be used 3 times per turn
Note: Only Members of Rain village can use the jutsu

first use the river as a water source and then concentrate your chakra and release it to create a large cannon of of rotating water. then shoot it at my shadow clone and as it travels along manipulate it so that it creates spikes protruding out the sides and tears at the ground adding and picking up debree to increase the power of the attack.

first you need to make it rain so only way u can do this is with chakra sensing rain. then when its raining release your chakra into the rain drops and them manipulate them to take of sharp characteristics and change them to pin-like form and have them rain down on my shadow clone.

for this one i want you to concentrate your chakra and then release it into the ground to create four pillars of water rise up and around my shadow clone and then by controlling the chakra to leak out and connect with each pillar making four walls surround the clone and then trapping him and filling the square up with water after its filled up creates spikes of water that then impale the clone.
