I saw him in the forest of death, that mummy thing on his back was a puppet from Suna. I had a mission there, the name Sasori of the Red Sand had been floating around. He was a great puppet creator. Kankuro obtained one of them, and probably has a few more, I am not sure. I can tell they are made by Sasori, because the emblem on the neck of the puppet see?? Nell said, pointin down to the puppet. It had a red scorpion on it. ?Sasori? of the red sand?? Sakura said XD. Sakura decided to head off to the bathroom real quick. Nell noticed Ino follow. ?Hurry back! The next round will start soon!? Nell yelled out. Soon Sakura and Ino made their way back. Hayate?s annoying cough got everyones attention. ?Let?s continue.? He said. The names rolled down the list. ?Ugh, whoever it is, they?ll probably be weirdow?s since this contest is full of them.? Naruto said. ?Like you Naruto?? Kakashi said. Sakura giggled then heard the stopping sound of the name list. She turned towards the board. It read: Sakura Haruno vs Ino Yamanaka. Sakura turned shockingly to Ino, who was still making her way down to the others. Ino saw her name then turned to Sakura. They got down to the battle field and waited for Hayate to give them the order to begin. ?This battle will be a little intense, due to the fact that those two used to be the best of friends as kids. I heard it ended because of their rivalry for Sasuke?. I always thought it was a stupid reason to break such a good friendship. Ino was one of the first to meet and befriend Sakura. Other girls picked on her sometimes, but Ino always stood up for her. Till the faithful day they told each other they both liked Sasuke..? Nell said. ?Never thought, it would be you I would have to fight, Sakura. Don?t think I will go easy on you.? Ino said. ?Of all people, it had to be Sakura to go against Ino didn?t it?? Shikamaru said. ?I know? I hope Ino will make it.? Choji said. ?Alright Sakura! Lets go you can do it!? Naruto yelled out. Hayate signaled for the beginning of the round. The two charged at each other. Sakura swung her feet at her to try and kick Ino, but Ino ducked. Ino tried some punches, but Sakura defended, and tried a kick every now and then. After Ino jumped over one of Sakura?s kicks, she jumped back. Sakura pulled out 3 Kunai, and threw them at Ino. Ino doged them, and caught one of them, throwing it at another incoming Kunai. Sakura charged at Ino. ?Oh man..? Choji said. ?Sakura is quick on her feet and Ino is quick in reaction. That Kunai, she was able to catch it and throw it back just in time.? Nell Said. ?Yeah! Sakura?s totally winning!? Naruto said. ?Fool..? Shikamaru said. ?What did you say to me, Shikamaru?!? Naruto yelled. ?You want to make something of it?? Shikamaru mouthed off. ?Who do you think you are?!? Naruto yelled back. ?That?s it? That?s as good as Kunochi can get at Hand to hand combat?? Neji mouthed off next. ?Haa?!? Ino was breathing heavily, as well as Sakura. Sakura charged again with a kick. Ino quickly doged as Sakura continually threw punches and Kicks. Every now and then, when she got the chance, Ino would fight back. Finally, Ino got a good hit to Sakura?s stomache. Sakura stopped for a moment. Ino took this opportunity to try a face punch. Suddenly,t he punch turned into a pitty slap. Everyone stood in shock at what had just happened. The two just stood there. Sakura looked at Ino, and Ino stared at her hand. ?Wow, I remember when they were just in the acadamy. Sakura had barley any friends, because people thougtht she was a clutsy girl or a billboard brow. But Ino, she always stood up for Sakura when ever that happened. Sakura always looked up to Ino. But one thing was, Sakura thought she was Inferior to Ino. She always thought of herself as the stem and Ino as the flower.? Nell said. ?Really?? Naruto asked. Suddenly Sakura clasped her fists. ?Ok, Ino, you better listen up. I?m not fighting for Sasuke with you anymore.? Sakura said. ?What did you just say!?? Ino said. ?I am not the girl I used to be. I am not weak or needy. Your not even in my radar. Your not even Sasuke?s type. You pig Ino?PIG!!? Sakura yelled. ?Shut your mouth and watch your step Sakura! Do you know who your mouthing off to?! Don?t press your luck with me, Billboard brow!!? Ino yelled back. ?W-wow, did you hear that? Sakura was, so mean. Never seen her look so scary.? But really, she is a great big beautiful flower, and doesn?t even know it.? Nell said. Sakura and Ino stared at each other. Kakashi looked over to guy. ?Oh, Hi guy.? He said. ?Haha, Kakashi, he gets all worked up at the fact that you keep acting so cool!? Nell joked. ?I understand?? Ino said, pulling her head band from her waist. Sakura pulled hers from atop her head. Then they both tied them around their foreheads. Suddenly they both charged at each other, and swung their fists again. They backed up a little from the fist impact. They charged once more, and Sakura did a clone jutsu (Not shadow clone). Ino scoffed at the basic ninja art. Ino looked to see which was the real one. Sakura kept sending chakra to her feet to speed herself up. Suddenly, two dissapeared and the real one punched Ino back. Ino rolled across the floor. ?I am not a crybaby anymore, you got that?!? Sakura yelled. Ino struggled up. ?Let me give you my best, but you are NOT going to like it.? Ino said. ?Finally this fights picking up again.? Nell said leaning on the wall by Kakashi. The two charged at each other again, both punching and blocking. They threw each other back. They both pulled out shuriken and threw them, but both rebounded. Nell noticed Lee getting tensed up. W-wow, I did?nt know Lee could get worked up so easily.. Nell said jokingly in her mind. It felt like the battle went on for hours. Suddenly Ino got so mad because of Sakura?s intimidating words, she cut her long ponytail. Their last hits knocked them both out. Hayate declared a no winner. Kakashi and Asuma brought the girls back up and leaned them against the wall. ?W-wow, those two? really pushed it. Especially when Ino took that risk of throwing her mind out to Sakura. She made it, but Sakura?s will was just to much. Well, they need to rest now?? Nell said, taking a look at them, and using some of her medical ninjutsu to heal up minor wounds. Suddenly, it was time for the next match.
