as well know madaras full of half truths but i think what he told the kages was not the full story. as we know madara can now abosrb people into him. what if the moons eye plan involves him absorbing everything into him useing the ten tails chakra as the medium. madara and controling the world from within him with the infinite tsukuyomi. this will probrobly give madara the title of ultimite being.

You are right though, he is half truthful.
I see only cons and no pros to telling the Ninja world of the moons eye plan if that is the 100% truth.
Had sasuke zetsu and tobi not interfered we would have had
1.Danzou outcasted, with the Leaf village under tension from village of rock, mist and the dude whos really old.
Gaara would support the Leaf, and due to danzou there would be a ninja skirmish possibly war.
2.Had the meeting been about tracking Danzou down and the showdown without Sasuke, Kisame would have been able to beat KB without interuption by the raikage and 2 elite jounins getting in the way, putting tobi closer to his goal.
3.Kages would not have known the best way to protect the Jinchurikis, all they had was assumptions to akatsukis plans.
Tobi has got to get something good out of all this, and not just training sasuke, he could have trained sasuke in many different ways in real battles.
something certainly isnt adding up.
