Awh it's really nice! The proportions are good and I like the flow of the hair, it shows great movement. Maybe you might want to consider shading it in? And I think the left eye (the girl's right eye) has a line joining the top lid to the bottom lid; if you erased that it would be much nicer. But I like it; good job ^_^
