A forgotten ninja rule

just a fyi for everyone whose sitting here comparing jutsus and trying to find out which ninjas are the strongest, or which kage is the strongest because we seen a chapter of each of them fighting sasuke a little bit, a ninja never reveals his true power unless its absolutely crucial. So why would any of the kages show their most powerful trump card in a quick scuffle with sasuke? I think they're all a little stronger then being credited for atm, most of them are rather new characters introduced. Waiting on the hate

O think that they haven't show their full powers except for Raikage...since he was in complete rage against Sasuke

Gaara might have some new techs, Mizukage is the one who showed the least, and Tsuchikage is quite badass...

the only one i saw who really fought sasuke was raikage and danzuo the kages just had a breif encounter with him(bearly a fight). But we have to give sasuke credit for surviveing encounters with the kages

I agree with the TC! But its not a rule, like KingScorp said "Still, this is no rule just a better practice..."
Its funny though how we see who is truly good because they release their best cards at the very last momments... not like Naruto (He is skilled but he could be better I think) or even worst.. Sasuke which (both of them really but especially Sasuke) spam their best techs until it works (Much like Saint Seiya when you come to think about it....)
